Safety Focused Approach to BJJ Caused Terrible Injuries in My Gym 

Today's question comes from Jason,
He's curious as to whether or not I teach BJJ White Belts leg locks.
His Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach does not teach students leg locks until Blue Belt, and even then, very few people actually use them in live training...
Yes, I teach White Belts leg locks.
This was one of the best decisions I've ever made to prevent injuries in the training room.
In the video, I'll talk about the reality of training leg locks and how my gym experienced many more injuries from leg locks because we didn't train them.
I'll also talk more about the inherent dangers of leg locks, how I viewed them early on, and how I view them now.
