Safety Issue on the NECR? Flapping Plastic Wrap! (April, 2021!!!???) 

Wow, so I found this almost three year old footage that I had edited and apparently never posted! In it, we see a young Anna, younger William and still with us Aries the Siberian Husky, as we chase an NECR train south out of Brattleboro down to the Northfield, MA bridge. Along the way, some plastic wrapping on one of the cars came loose and was flapping in the wind!
