@@-joo3033 if we also get all the tools that are needed for replacing the parts, no problem. If you have to buy the tools thats also not cool. I ordered the burn e max a few weeks ago and it is still on the way. I already have the updated parts. A lot of the early supporters feel like they got left in the rain. Hope you all get that fixed for free..
So your scooter broke down? Are you sure that everythimg was bolted on correctly and nothing was missing? You are from poland and there is a high chance that somebody stole some parts of your scooter ;)
I'm surprised that the black aluminum would be used in the steering, I thought it's well known the weakness of this material, high quality moto parts always come with steel screws and parts because the black aluminum strips breaks with extreme pressure, great video sharing this info
@@KiziEwheels giving false hopes, that's what all the delaying tactics is all about. guess, on top of it all, he needs to grow some balls for voluntary recall.
I've had a talk with him and he says it's safe. I have also seen the extensive torture tests he ran on the design without any problems. It could be down to people trying to remove the lock rings that's putting stress on the steering stem when trying to remove them for cleaning. I know they are locked solid from when I done mine although I did do mine with ease with the correct tools and knowledge on a gen 1.
@KiziEwheels in the USA court system the word 'Alibi' is used as a reference to the most basic form of defense to the accusations or charges set against the accused person . An alibi is almost always where the accused claims to be at when it's believed the crime they are being accused of occurred.. also just about every time is accompanied by a witness that verifies being with you ( like i was with the guy at the other side of town when Joe Shmoe was shot so it couldn't have been guy that shot him / more recently surveillance camera footage can be an Alibi showing the guy was not where the crime happen ... yep all that confusing explanation because it sounds like Ali-baba the online shopping website . 😂😂😂 funny thing is the Palestinian store owners around here call thieves " ali-baba " 😂😂
I just had a fall the other day, but it didn’t include the stem what happened was I was riding and I ran over a thick winter hair tie and it wrapped up in my back wheel, causing the wheel to stop completely I was doing like 30 got the scooter down to at least 20 but still went into crash
glad i went to kaabo, if you wanna spend this kind of money go to dualtron at least, remember stem is very important in escoot, once it broke mid ride, you're done
Kaabo has other issues and Dualtrons still Come with cheap Square wave controllers, not trying to defend a desing flaw with past Burn-E scooter but from personal experience i can say Nami makes better scooters than Kaabo and Dualtron...
Nami is such a reputable company, and manufacturers of some of the best scooters in the world, Iam surprised that this is happening, these products have to be QC passed and stringently tested b4 an approval, Iam not saying it’s full proof but I think this happening to owners who do extreme riding and not maintaining their scooter, it’s like a car, or even something simple as a gas lawn mower, if you don’t maintain it, it’s going to break down, in conclusion I think this is more on owner abuse and lack of maintenance
This happened recently to someone in the Nami scooter worldwide group. A new Nami 40ah bought in October 2022 it totals 3800km and I have never done off road or wheeling with. Monday night while I was driving at 30km all of a sudden the wheel rod of the front wheel is abruptly breaking Thank God I’m fine but I strongly recommend you all to change the room as soon as possible I had the fear of my life. Michael Sha You were wrong not to respond to my last message, which was only benevolence. Now I’m gonna set up a collective and my lawyer will be happy to take this to court. No matter the financial cost or the time it takes. I hate injustice and thank God I have the financial means to take the steps to bring this story as far as possible.
Hes giving away the stem and fork for free but you have to pay for shipping ( about 200 cad) plus no tools to do it and apparently its extremely hard to do
That's crazy! I heard Michael Sha mention that he will be providing it to local dealers for distribution to customers at no cost. It's definitely a challenging task to do yourself.
@@KiziEwheels I didn't hear about that actually but It sucks for me anyway cause I bought it from AliExpress and they also charging me for shipping ...
Not sure for Burn E 2 max yet, just for Klima and Blast but you can always their facebook group for new updates - Nami Electric Scooter Worldwide group
at 1:00 its clear that scooter was used abusive way.. look at that frame how badly it is scratched.. you should not use a scooter like that.. this is not a fooking skateboard for doing tricks or a freestyle scooter.. the whole scooter is full of deep scratches... it's miracle it doesnt fall apart sooner..the reason why this scooter was broken because if was used HARD af
I’ve done 1k kms on my odometer. In Australia. 0 problems what so ever and it’s so convenient and powerful. I go 15km to work then home and take it everywhere and the battery/torch on this scooter is phenomenal
@@waynesmithos my only complaint is the tires. Other scooter companies use 3 piece wheels. Easy to take apart to swap a tire. Nami one piece is a major pain.
