Where are you? I need help. I think my surgeon took my natural lumbar curve out and I have flat back syndrome straight out of a 3 level TLIF in March of 22. I'm progressively getting worse. Need help 🙏

Need more information for exploring

I am recipient if an xlif l3/l4 fusion and lamino discettomy at L4&L5. None of the 6 US neuro or orthopedic surgeon have looked or done any of these radiological studies. Pain still on going 1 & half year after fusion. Pain still persistent and difficult to manage at times. I am same age of this patient and now leaving in Europe. In Spain I have been diagnosed with Sagittal Imbalance after these exams were done. All symptoms I have are clearly the same of patients with sagittal imbalances. Surgeons appears only wanting to fuse vertebras due to the financial pressures from the hospitals the work in!!

How do I record this simultaneously? While my camera is recording the stage how can I have the powerpoint signal at the same time to edit a video like this? it would help a lot to know, thank you.
