No matter how good of a lawyer he is, he will never be considered for the post of a judge because of his hindu biased views. So true. Why make an issue? What would these marriages would accomplish? What would be the divorce guidelines etc? Marriages are meant to create a system of families where children are produced and looked after with in the framework of family, that is a subset of the society around. Marriages create legal rights for the bride and the children hence even the live in’s are risky, unstable and hence undesirable.
