Hello sis, not sure how thin or thick is your tent, but I suggest you better have the 2 layer for winter because it's very very cold and it will protect you from rain and wind. 1 layer is good for summer time.
45 minutes walk po ito from Sai Wan Pavilion, wala ng ibang way, need talaga lakarin po. Or take speedboat pero mahal per head 180-200hkd from Sai Kung.
