he saw people base on personalities and not their physical form because in his eyes everyone is a walking Skeleton. If i saw people as skeleton i know damn well i would not be attracted to anyone either, i might as well be impoten my whole life. But the last episode literally show you that after he get rid of his power he Analyze and actually adimiring Teruhashi's Figure and face for almost 10 second that it made both of them fluttered. So no, He is not Aroace he is just not given a chance to see her outer appearance.

I think it's more a matter of what he runs into on a regular basis than one he fears more.

While I agree that he's aroace, not getting aroused only implies, not proves. In a culture where it is normal for people to be naked, almost no one would be aroused by naked bodies. Since he's always able to see people as naked, desensitization is just as much a possibility as not being attracted in the first place.

...The Biggest Issue of this Anime is that i can never know if Saiki said something out loud or just thought it in his Head. This is really a constant Issue. Its annoying, to say the least.
