We have our our boat in a slip in Orange County and get to Catalina as often as possible. A ton of great coves to explore. Snorkeling and fishing are great.
Loved the video Blake. One of my favorite go to places when I lived in San Diego. The beautiful village of Avalon is breathtaking. I used to rent a Piper Cherokee and fly out to the island and stay a couple of nights. So much fun! Enjoy!
I hope you don't have to deal with them either, this is one of the worst harbor patrols on the west coast. I am hoping that it gets better further south, though I have heard that San Diego is worse...
