This is easily the weirdest official Sailor Moon thing I've ever seen. It's like this surreal, fourth wall breaking episode. That being said, I can easily see my child self playing the shit out of this.
Reminds me of the episode of Jem, where the opening intro gets interrupted midplay by Kimber telling the viewers that Jem and the Holograms were no more.
So essentially sort of like... well, ok, I was gonna say Chowder, but that show didn't have a fourth wall to begin with, nor did Garfield And Friends. DANG IT I CAN'T THINK OF A COMPARISON!!!

These Artemis looks are great. 1) Red Artemis. Great. Now Rei/Mars will all of a sudden be a disciple of Rocksteady and Bebop. What's next? She'll learn how to throw grenades? I pray that Konami doesn't make a "Break" version of Rei with a machine gun if they do make a "Sailor Moon" belt scroll/beat up action game. This is an unusual game. Interesting though. Yeah.
The machine gun Mars should be tribute to the famous Japanese novel "セーラー服と機関銃". You can see Rei was holding an mp40 machine gun, which is the same model protagonist using in the TV drama version.
