People in the UK are so fortunate to have so many vegan foods to choose from and your prices are far better than here in Canada. I was born in the UK and often think about moving back for the vegan food alone!

Yes the garlic bread gets me everytime I get one from Aldi or tesco that’s vegan 🌱 and it tastes great they out milk back in and I can’t get why

Dairy (*whispers* cruel) 😢 Thanks for never shying away from reminding us of the desperate cruelty the non-vegan stuff is part of 🙏 With all the stuff you're showing us, there's no earthly need for anyone to consume death and suffering and, in the process, encourage livestock farmers and slaughterhouses to carry on committing atrocities.

Great vid thanks Guys, I love your shopping vlogs, they're so entertaining and great to know what's available. Can I just add Paul, that it was on one of your vlogs, a very long time ago that you put me onto lightly frying Quorn vegan ham to get bacon. For me, this is the best 'bacon' and I've tried most of them. I wouldn't have even considered it if it hadn't been for you!

So I guess I'm taking a walk up to my local Sainsbury on Monday to stock up on those vegan choccie bars! I don't personally miss chocolate that much, but do fancy it on occasion (I usually get those chocolate bars, the name escapes me at the moment, from Aldi - usually the white chocolate one) and it'll be nice to carry a couple around with me in the ol' backpack for a quick energy boost when needed. I'm also gonna pick up those cheesie walkers crisps too - as I've tried the other 2 flavours and they didn't last me 5 minutes! Gonna stock up on those badboys for summer time, for certain. Another great video lads - I'm sure it will be a goldmine for those who are Veganuaring it.

Tony's also do a couple of vegan chocolate bars which are nice and chunky but can't find them in Tesco's or Sainsbury's despite them having all the other varieties :(

I'm so sorry if I didn't mention it in my previous comment - Amanda saw that you had a look for the Naan bread we discovered in sainsbury's, it's The Naan Bread in the Chilled indian Ready Meal section (two breads in the sainsbury's own packaging) hopefully it'll be in stock at your store! I’ve watched all of your shopping hauls this veganuary and I’m working my way through your meals of the week and recipe vids.So helpful!! Can I recommend Aldi sweetened soya milk in tea for any newbies missing milky tea.I’m staying vegan for the rest of my days …I’m a long time vegetarian but I’m going vegan…have found eating vegan so easy and enjoyable.Thanks for the inspiration

Sainsbury’s do a washing up liquid. (Sensitive clear one) own brand. It’s cruelty free and about 80p I believe it’s gone up. It’s brilliant stuff. They have a few cruelty free cleaning lines but not many sadly. Love your vlog xxx

@@ThoseVeganGuysI guess the same way vegan doesn’t always mean cruelty free. I’ve got caught out by that before was vegan ingredients but product was tested on animals 🤢. (I’m using smol washing up liquid atm lol) that’s definitely vegan. Yay🎉

The Tesco home brand mini naan breads are now vegan! At least in a few stores in Leicestershire as of January 2024! Not sure about the regular size but the mini plain and garlic and coriander were vegan

I wanted to find the Nush yoghurts and cream cheese style in Sainsbury, but failed😑I didn't see them in your video either...Booja Booja are very good 🤤 Buttermilk and Nomo are great also 😃 I want to try that Tuna forever; I have the Salmon alternative from Aldi,haven't tried it yet; in 2024 you can find so many vegan products in stores, a lot of them are ultra processed,I am not a big fan of that,but you have them from time to time it's ok, but I don't want to consume them daily...but you have so many fruits and veggies, beans,rice etc 🙈 I mean there is something for anyone whatever you chose😃 It's a shame that only for Veganuary the offer is so varied 😑

What you say at the end there is only true of Lidl and Aldi, they sell stuff in January and then end it, Sainsbury's has this stuff all year, as do Tesco, Asda, Morrisons etc.

Hello again lovelies, I bought some La Vie bacon, they were a bit stuck together, difficult to lift out the pack without crumbling. I fried them in the pan, they were okay, but less crispy than I expected, wondering if the oil wasn't hot enough, probably my cooking! lol. 😐, can you advise what's the best way to cook them? thanks.

Hey Linda, yeah you have to grip each piece fully at the end and ease it out. I cook it with a little extra virgin olive oil and keep it on low but for longer, then I flip and do the same until desired crispiness. It's worth the effort.
