Just saw these guys live a couple nights ago in Houston and I was honestly skeptical that Adam would still be able to produce the same belty gritty vocals that he did during his time in TDG. I was COMPLETELY blown away by his performance. Even though Saint Asonia was the opener they were by far the best band that performed that night. Huge props to Adam for taking care of his voice over the years. They deserve so much more recognition than they've received so far.
@@caseycollins2547 They opened for Skillet and Theory of a Deadman and I'm gonna be honest the vocalists for both of those bands were pretty disappointing. The bands put on a good show though
@@infinitenolan Honestly didn't notice that, but I also never got a chance to see TDG with him in it so I'll take your word for it. Honestly I have a hard time imagining him performing much better than he did lmao
He sounded the same as he does on studio recordings when I saw him in 2015 and 2016. And that's when he was drinking a bunch before he went back to rehab
Bro this is a masterpiece but there's many more of saint asonia which still are, so who really didn't understood how good they are even before this can just go listen to BTS
Why is no one talking about Adam's mic with the metallic hand shape? Its been literally with him ever since his days with 3DG , it's so iconic i love it ♥️♥️
St Asonia is like the continuation of the good Three Days Grace (both in Adam's voice, and overall feel). Getting huge Three Days Grace self titled album vibes from this song.
They might know each other as Three days grace from the town of Norwood Ontario is approx. 40 kilometers from St. Asonias' city of Peterborough, Ontario
I should have read down further on comments, band member from three grace on this band? I will have to google this. I live in Peterborough and they are coming home to play.
What a song, Im crying 😭 it brings me back to that old and wonderful time - 2000x Adam’s voice is one the best things in this life ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 This style belongs to him only!! No one can replace him
It was never three days grace it was always Adam glad I discovered this band a few weeks ago definitely going to see them live eventually once they come to Florida again
Adam is great inspiration for me, my father left me, my brother and my sister years ago, he used to say that my voice sounds like Adam, I know it doesn't but my father always wanted to make music when he was a kid but he only suffered, his dream is alive, I'll make it come true.
I can’t wait to see them live in concert tomorrow!!! It’s going to be awesome!!! And they are the opener for Skillet and Theory of a Deadman!!! They totally deserve to play on such a big stage!!!
This is my fav single since Better Place. Introvert/Extrovert were so damn good and I hope to see Saint Asonia on Brazil anytime soon! You guys rock 🤘🔥
this gives me old school three days grace vibes for sure. Feels like it would easily fit right next to Hom or I Hate everything about You. this song could easily be a "love" letter to my abusive mother (hence why i loved that 3dg album so much, cuz i was stuck with her back then) This song is freaking awesome!
Adam’s voice always cuts straight through the walls I’ve put up, and it touches my heart in a way few other singers have ever been able to. I always get so nostalgic when listening, thinking back to simpler times. Not really any specific memories, just vivid scenes of sunshine with the most pleasant breeze. Being a young kid, drinking Sun Drop, wearing my leather jacket in the summertime, and pretending there was no school that next day.

Devastate Lyrics [Verse 1] Down in the dark, you live on the bottom You fooled them all, looks like you got 'em When all is lost, who will you follow? When all the same shit will be here tomorrow [Pre-Chorus] You fall for anything All for nothing You never cared for anyone at all [Chorus] Well, I hate Every word that you say Even when you breathe I can't stand to see you medicate Fake It's all one and the same Nothing to believe All you ever do is devastate [Verse 2] Nothing to use, end of the bottle Wе fooled 'em all, like a rolе model No matter the cost, beg, steal or borrow 'Cause all the same shit will be here tomorrow [Pre-Chorus] You fall for anything All for nothing You never cared for anyone at all [Chorus] Well, I hate Every word that you say Even when you breathe I can't stand to see you medicate Fake It's all one and the same Nothing to believe All you ever do is devastate
Adam, my favorite singers have long been Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington. You have recently become one of the singers I put up there along side of those two. Not only that, you've also become one of the top song writers in rock. Never stop making music. We're lucky to live during the same time as people like yourself. Thank you.
HOLY SHIT! How did I not know about this band? I have been listening to TDG for a while now and miss Adam. Then I find out it's a supergroup. Fuck yeah!
Gontier, I missed🥰 Remember your concert at Kharkiv and wanna more! 🤩 Saint Asonia, I have such admiration for you! Your music, voice and lyrics resonate in my soul! from Ukraine with love💛💙
These guys sound just like old school 3dg...its not just adam... the guitar and drums and lyrics too.....matt is ok but Adam will always be the true voice of Three Days Grace.....hes the OG....STILL SOUNDS THE SAME.....FUCKING AMAZING
Awesome song, one of my favorites from Extrovert and from you guys in Saint Asonia in general. It carries all the artistic Integrity we fans admire you for. The video was a blast to watch, being the closest thing to a love experience some uf us will ever be lucky enough to have. Keep up the great work, I can’t wait to see you reach even greater levels of recognition and success.
It was 2016. I bought tickets to see Disturbed. Some band named Saint Asonia was opening, but I never paid any attention to their name. A couple weeks later, I stumbled on Adam's new band. I loved them immediately. All the same pain & passion Adam sang with 3DG continued. The songs were incredible & the lyrics hit your soul just has hard as they did with old school 3DG. It took a few more days when I realized that band I never heard of, that was opening for Disturbed was Adam & Saint Asonia. It was amazing to hear him live again. They even played some 3DG classics & Adam killed just liked he did years before when I saw 3DG live. The man's vocals are legendary. If anyone can relate to a situation he has sang about, I guarantee he's help pull you through. The music, lyrics & his intensity are second to none. He'll never know how many people he's helped get through impossible times. 🤘🏻
Just seen these guys in concert last Sunday in Tulsa and was just blown away by how good they were. I didn't know much about them before but went home that night a fan. Their performance was amazing!
