Just wondering if anyone has had any issues with DR homes in general? I'm thinking of getting the Cali but apparently there's some class action lawsuit going on with DR. I completely understand issues will come up after construction. It's how the company goes about fixing them that has got me a little concerned from what I've been reading.

I have sold Cali’s and other Dr Horton models and my customers have never had issues but I have seen the online complaints as well all I can say is it is possible that it comes down to a community to community basis and how they are closing there homes in those communities at the end of the day always have a realtor that can show you comparable options besides the one you are not fully convinced on so you make a informed decision for instance I know other builders who make a home similar to a Cali just depends on the area and who is building there Make sense ?

Hi Stephanie, No the planes are directed more to fly over east lake Toho to minimize the noise which is across the road on Narcoosee from this area so for plane noise it will Be minimal to none 😊

Ashton is a great company several builders including Ashton woods are going into Weslyn park in Sunbridge just keep in mind the average Saint Cloud price range does not apply here as Taverstock ( the developer of laureate park is building Sunbridge out and prices will be similar to that type of product, otherwise I would say this will be a beautiful flagship neighborhood and district once said and done !!
