There's a detail I always loved regarding the Saitama vs Boros fight in the anime. After Boros regens after the Consecutive Normal Punches but right before the Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon there's a quick animation of heart-like pulse. This is the same pulse animation that plays during Saitama's dream with the Subterraneans. Proclaiming he had forgotten the exhilaration of a real fight. Although it's a different color. Implying that it's Boros's heart. Boros is living Saitama's dream in this moment. He had forgotten the exhilaration of a real fight. He's finally in a battle to which he doesn't know the outcome. He gets to go all out. And he's absolutely thrilled. I always appreciated that detail.
Never noticed that but like how come no body noticed that Boros was smiling the entire fight. I mean, I talked to some opm fans and many of them down voted me to hell for saying that Boros enjoyed the fight and that is what the octopus esper was leading him to. Idfk where they get the "boros says at the end that it wasn't fair fight and that he hated the fight and the fight was probably for Blast" like fuck these OPM fans they are super hypocritical too with every chapter they change their opinion and pretend like they were right the entire time
@@GLlama303 I especially like it since there's no attention called to it. There's no narration explaining it or anything. It's just a quick moment that can be missed. But it makes the Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon extra cool when you realize he's having the time of his life.
Yeah that’s why the boros vs saitama fight can be considered as boros losing the fight but won the war. Because the purpose of them fighting was to feel the thrill of the fight, he may have lost but he fulfilled his desires something saitama wished he had as well, but it’s only a dream for now. Goddam madhouse made that excellent detail an anime only detail they come up with, we need them back.
People seem to forget that Saitama is designed to be unbeatable. His power IS plot armor. His struggle is finding struggle, that's why his life is boring. I don't see the point in comparing him vs Goku, Superman or any other character.
exactly. people try to explain away his powers as the idea of superpowers or abilites, when in actuality his "power" is to have enough strength as needed when he needs it
@@MrGuy-xq5uv A character can't be invincible just because the creator says it is like that, if that's the case, any creator can say their character is invincible and that's absurd. Can popay beat saitama? What about arale? They are invincible too..
37:20 Mumen Rider is easily my favorite character in this series. He serves as that constant reminder that you don't need special powers or weapons or gimmicks to be a hero, all it takes is the spirit and will to do the right thing and help others in need. Not gonna lie: I'm crying every time I rewatch his fight against Deep Sea King.
This is also the reason why we can never be able to properly say who could win a fight between Saitama and Goku. People keep bringing up how many more Extreme feats Goku has and says he would beat Saitama. When in truth, we can never actually say who would win, because we always see Saitama holding back.
@@blazermettro2059 Saitama would win and reason is actually self evident. Goku has died, multiple times. Saitama never loses. Goku gets stronger, yes, but only after he loses and his body is beaten and broken. Saitama's ability causes his power to increase exponentially in real time during the fight. He never gets tired, never runs out of stamina, and his strength is constantly increasing. Goku has an energy limit and chi limit, he can get tired, his body can be broken, he can die quite easily. It doesn't matter how long he can last because Saitama has infinite energy, needs no chi, and his strength instantly snaps to be strong enough to resist anything thrown at him then just gets stronger from there on the attack. It doesn't matter what Goku has accomplished, because Saitama has already exceeded his strength with the first punch thrown. That is his ability. There is no 'stronger'. He never loses. You throw him into the literal sun and he immediately has the power to resist it and then some. You literally can never be stronger than him.
@@Nempo13 Been saying that since day one. People trying to debate "but could X defeat Saitama?!" are silly. No one can beat Saitama. That's his whole thing. That's what the whole manga is ultimately about.
@@whyihadnomotherfigure8130 Saitama before deserved it but Saitama now doesn't at all, if someone deserves it it's mumen rider, do you even know what "deserves" mean?
Saitama doesn't NOT have an aura, he just doesn't exert it passively. When he's annoyed by someone, or getting serious in a fight, he begins to exert an actual aura that looks something akin to violent red lines striking across the screen.
He might have an aura he exerts passively. Plenty of times where opponents were thinking he looked like an unimportant nobody, but when facing him they would feel dread like they were facing a lethal threat. It could be that his aura is so out of everyone else's league, though, that they can only get a "feeling" from it if they're sensitive to it. Not see it.
If you've seen disastrous life of saiki k. It has another explanation that could work, in it there's this psychic chick who comes to the main characters school because she foresaw that her soulmate (the mc) was there but once they're both there she realizes she can't see any aura's despite having seen them just moments before he got closer than a kilometer because, at least in that show, you can only see an aura from the outside. If Saitama is already so strong his aura is larger than the distance anyone can actually see him then no one can actually see his aura and while their instincts are going to pick up on said aura and warn them that he's dangerous if they actually try to have him they won't know why they're having their flight response triggered and thus generally choose to ignore it.
@@donanthebarbarian5177 To steal from the book Good Omens, the reason people can’t see his aura is the same reason people standing in Trafalgar Square can’t see England.
@@donanthebarbarian5177 Soul Eater does this well too, as those who can perceive souls can't see the soul of the headmaster/grim reaper/ruler of their academy. Someone with an aura of power that is so large that everyone has been living inside it without even knowing. But it does seem to be the case that he just doesn't give off any aura when he doesn't have any intent to be serious. His guard is completely down all of the time as he has nothing to fear.
As a dragon ball fan I've been trying to imagine jumping on other planets , stars getting destroyed while fighting but it never happened , that's why OPM is my favorite manga rn , the art , the display of power and the intensity is so great . Murata has no limits just like Saitama.
Dragon Ball fights are boring as heck. It always takes place in a empty planet just full of mountains. They claim to be so powerful but, rarely destroy anything.
@@ZackSNetwork dragon ball fans that are probably going to say this to u: bEcAuSe iS Ki cOnTrOl Villains in dragon ball who's main purpose is to destroy everything: ಠ_ಠ BRUH!
@@ZackSNetwork its true that the fights are lacking but the power is there. Idk why they don't show more destruction but its probably because a lot of the hits are connecting instead of them using the environment
I think they ran the numbers and came to the conclusion that Saitama would beat Goku for the simple reason that Goku, and I would imagine Saitama, wouldn't go all out, since you know, Goku wouldn't see Saitama as something he would have to go %100 and kill, and Siatama wouldn't see Goku as a threat he would need to deal with by destroying it, and since Saitama scales his power based off how much power the person attacking him has, the moment Goku hits him Saitama would begin scaling, and at that moment he would win as no matter how much power Goku used Saitama would scale higher.
The funny thing about Boros is most people say Saitama beat him with a serious punch well that is true yes but technically the series punch never actually touched him only the air from the punch did
The thing is the shockwave from Saitama punch is enough to obliterate the universe. Boros is most likely just Dragon level threat, but Cosmic Garou presence alone enough to turn the earth into dead planet because of his cosmic radiation emitted from his body.
I feel like Saitama has a secondary power kinda opposite to King, where everybody severely underestimates and overlooks Sitama to an uncanny degree, to the point where acknowledging his power requires a lot of intentional observation of him. While King on the other hand is completely powerless, but is severely overestimated with the ability of unwillingly invoking fear and respect in his opponents and having the unnatural ability of luck to solve all his problems right in the knick of time. Saitama and King are opposites of eachother yet work together very well because they represent exactly what the other lacks.
The greatest irony of the story is how bang still hopes for Saitama to train for his technique when in reality Saitama already mastered all of his technique including the ones he hides. All thanks to his greatest most beloved twisted deciple Garou. I called Garou twisted in bang's POV.
Kinda wondering if the reason saitama mysteriously gained his powers is because he time traveled from the end of the series back to the beginning. He'd possibly retain all his powers, yet lose all memory of gaining them, fully explaining why he's so strong and why he doesn't know the reason for gaining them beyond the training regimen he'd been doing at the time.
@@notarapper8435 I mean he didn’t gain any powers his ability is to just get stronger when needed with no limiter…… so even if he didn’t remember the fight his power is still getting stronger when needed and still doesn’t have a limiter
You just made me realise how deep OPM actually is especially during the story of Tatsumaki, Amai Mask and Garou. You gave a tight slap to those who make fun of OPM saying it a gag comedy show with no sense just because they hate OPM. It seems OPM has some of the best written anime characters. Good video bro, keep up the nice work 👍
I just realized, so Saitama's power to get stronger while fighting to keep up was actually foreshadowed when he fought in his dream, and I think the part where he smashed his clock is trying to foreshadow that he gets stronger afterwards.
11:00 blast tells tatsumaki that she should not expect anyone else to save her, as a hero you are expected to save people, and in a world of heroes, you are often gona be saved. The real reason he told this to her was because she was to strong and someday god will try to influence her. This advice gave her a permanent psycological scar in the way she now deals with everything. She wont be able to make friends or depend on anyone else. One makes critics on such complex psychological topics everyone feels but takes a deep look to be able to pin point them.
Goku stans don’t seem to understand the pattern Saitama goes through. He’s so strong no one can measure his strength until someone close to his strength appears, then he instantly surpasses them and goes back to being immeasurable again. Considering the big bad in opm is a multiversal god like being I’ll leave it to you to figure out how strong he’ll become.
@@yousefabu-amara5892 Because Blast is literally part of a multiversal group of heroes who have gathered together to fight against God. Also Base goku got his cheeks clapped by a dam laser pistol.
@@SadBirbHours that doesn't make him multi versal and goku had his guard low and his ki barrier down and that wasn't a laser also saitama got scratched by a cat goku still destroys
@@yousefabu-amara5892 Lets be logical and list it out shall we? Goku - Has an energy limit and ki limit. Can only get stronger by losing... literally, every single time he has a strength jump is after he loses, his body is broken, it heals up and finally his training will show improvements again. Has died multiple times and now most wishes are unable to bring him back due to how many times he has been brought back from the dead. Saitama - Has no energy limit and no need for ki. Gets stronger the moment it is needed. It doesn't matter if you are somehow stronger, that exact moment of time your attack touches him, his strength is now at yours. Thus you can literally never be stronger than him. THEN his strength grows exponentially afterward to overwhelm absolutely anyone. Has never lost a fight. You can list any feat or thing Goku has done, it matters not. The moment the fight begins they are instantly at equal strength. Goku powers up? Saitama gets an instant increase in strength as well. Thus any feat of power or strength you use to judge Goku by...you are giving it to Saitama as well. That is his ability, and GOD can't stop it. This becomes a Goku vs Goku fight except one of them has no energy limit, will never get tired, and will exponentially grow in strength without a need to pause the fight in order to gather energy and increase their power. The end result is the same as any other enemy Saitama faces, a loss. That is his power, his ability, he is written and designed to be unreachable and have literally limitless power. Unlike everyone else you could name that was written to have limitless power...shows and novels always show them having a limit and struggling for some reason or another. Saitama has never been shown to have this problem...ever. He holds back to try and have fun. He could end absolutely any fight immediately if he wanted to but he wants both sides to enjoy the fight. The ONE TIME someone actually pissed him off, he nearly wiped out the solar system in a single punch. There was no wind up, no power gathering for that moment, it was instant rage and punch thrown. Something DragonBall characters are unable to do, they have to gather their energy before releasing such an attack. When your opponent is written to literally be an unstoppable force, and is never shown to be anything less than an unstoppable force, anyone or anything put against them is like putting a single pan of glass in front of a car barreling down the highway. They will shatter instantly with no resistance that matters. Arguing otherwise shows you are using emotion to make your decision, which in the end is a lack of intelligence. We could replace Goku in this scenario with absolutely anyone, the result is the same, Saitama wins. You want a discussion actually worthwhile? Goku vs Superman is actually using similar power levels assuming you leave off the more insane iterations of Superman that can simply re-arrange the molecules of an enemy for example.
Muratas ability to put the power of these characters down on paper is insanely impressive. No other manga has captured the actual strength of stuff as well as One Punch man does, Something that can crack a planet actually seems that powerful with every punch unlike DBZ for an example where every character after the saiyan saga could crack a planet with 1 finger but that power never feels like it exists lol, its like these guys are that strong but they just have a normal punch fight. Dragon ball super is a great example with its current arc, these guys are supposed to be galaxy destroyers but they are hurting eachother by punching hard enough to make a small crater in a planet i mean come on.
The Tournament Of Power, everyone in it was at minimum universal+, but they couldn't destroy an arena that's a tenth of the size of New York City? Goku vs. Jiren all out should have destroyed the arena and every weaker member in the stands, but there was still enough of a platform for Frieza and 17 to hide comfortably. Dragon Ball lost all of its impact the moment the Buu Arc ended.
@@Drunkledore well, a material that can contain a level of power enough to destroy a fucking universe (and some multi-galaxies level ones)? Ain't no way, dawg.
Genos became the younger brother to saitama, the one person he would not let go to a stray path, the person he would back up when times get rough. Whilst King became his nerd best friend (i meant no offense to nerds), who through thick or thin will be his no. 1 support system, the one person who keeps him grounded despite their difference in strength and despite saitama's insane OP strength.
@@jasonchiu272 you may have an acquaintance who you share the same ideals, interests or hobbies but not really within your circle of friends. That's who Mumen Rider is to Saitama.
The reason Saitama claimed her an acquaintance is because fubuki herself up to this point did not see him as a friend but instead as a potential tool. Saitama felt the distance and the fact that fubuki was putting a wall on herself so he called her what she was
This story is amazing because I’ve had this idea from the start, Saitama is a character who is broken and bored but finds meaning in his friends who, through caring about him or being a “rival” to him, and will face an enemy in the end that he genuinely can’t beat, however all of the people who changed him and he changed will step up and show humanity as a whole has the potential for “heroic” actions.
And in this sense I think Mumen Rider will actually grow to eventually break his limiter, with lower growth than Saitama, but he will be the next “standard” to measure by after Saitama. Calling him the standard because it’s ironic because they’ve made a point to show us, he’s just a guy. Who CAN do great things because he surpassed his fears and weakness.
I feel like people don’t put too much importance how Saitama punch took out multiple galaxies and stars in an instant. Stars are LIGHHHT YEARS AWAY. That means the energy produced is by far the strongest feat to ever be displayed
@@emm6101 I see someone didn't pay attention to the panel, there is a massive dark spot where stars used to be, that would imply that those stars are no longer a thing, or their light no longer reaches our galaxy and saitama destroyed light particles coming from light years away. Take your pick
Genos still doesn't know his full power. In season 2 when Genos completely lost to a single punch from the previous Martial-arts winner turned demon he said it would require Saitama and multiple S-class heroes to defeat the monster, but Saitama won the fight within seconds.
I just noticed that Saitama not only killed Boros with air pressure but he also blocked his Lazer beam that could destroy a whole planet and split the sky on the way
@@journeeblu it could, but remember boros was in his meteoric burst form and he said it drains not only his energy, but his life force by a LOT so when he shot it at saitama, it would only destroy the planet itself. Building off this comment I still dont understand why people call boros a dragon level threat when he could obliterate the planet.
Because of the recent chapters, it seems like Saitama has the ability to learn any martial art he wants, so he probably could learn Bang's technuques. Although I could see Saitama forgetting the techniques after 5 minutes or so
I mean, the purpose of martial arts is to find a way to improve/perfect the result of an action with limited resources. Saitama never has a shortage of physical resources, and the mental focus and discipline side is also something Saitama broke through with his dedicated training routine. The only thing Saitama really has to practice is mentality, as evidenced by his ennui. However, his interactions with all the heroes and villains have helped him continue to grow in that field, as well imo. Love this story ❤️
There is a neat detail in the Saitama / Genos sparring match. When the throws the punch, he also moves in front of it, taking the full force himself, creating a small space that is protected directly where Genos is standing. Watch the fight in slomo and you can just see it. Its super clever.
I think Saitama's power is a exponential power increase that is fluctuated between his emotions. At the start of his journey he was determined and has a desire to grow stronger, and his power grew exponentially according to his emotion. He became so strong in fact he entered a state of depression which had slowed his progress massively (he was already strong at the time though) , now when he gets angry, and filled with hate and rage, his power had been to a stronger point it has never been that even when he was determined to get stronger like his beginning. It makes a bit sense, that his power creep fluctuates between his emotions cause that what it seems like.
@@johnwarren6762 I dunno about that honestly, but saitama does grow his power every day, as we saw in the manga, he can one punch his yesterday self. this can be interpreted as an allegory that you should always strive to get better and never look back. If I remember, Saitama said something along the lines of “why would myself from yesterday be better than myself from the next day”.
Good thought, but it wasn't the emotion that made him grow. The emotion of the fight is what he always wished for, but not what makes him stronger. It's almost like the universe forces him to grow to defeat his foe. No matter who or what they are, he is still going to win. The emotion likely referenced how he was just thrilled to finally have someone who was matched with him, until absolutely obliterating Garou.
I would love to see a video on why Saitama, has a hard time swatting a mosquito or doing other simple stuff. Its because he is so strong that he has a hard time doing simple stuff without destroying everything. Its like the daily life of superman on a whole other level. Just walking can change the earths rotation if he's not careful.
Either that, or the mosquito got some of Saitama's blood, and thus became invincible. It sounds stupid, but it's well within the bounds of average OPM monster origin stories.
Something I never noticed until now by going frame by frame is that when the mosquito girl explodes on the building, it's only her bottom half that actually makes contact, which forces her top half to fly into the stratosphere.
Well I still respect Mumen Rider courage (and Charanko) for going against opponent's they know they can't win... that's why I feel like he is more of a true hero than most other... And probably why Saitama also became friend with him.
I think also McMenamins is like Saitama...he doesn't seek fame , he's down to earth, he's humble, he does what he can even though he's not that powerful. Like helping evacuate civilians, even though it's not a flashy job. You can imagine Mumen and Saitama just shopping together at a supermarket end of a busy day.
Saitama basically by doing standard training/ workout surpassed being an average human, by fighting monsters he multiplies his power, and then by fighting overpowered villains he reached the level of a god and lastly if he fights god, he will no longer have anyone as an equal.
How much do you think Saitama knows about his power? Because at first he was still disappointed that he killed Vaccine Man with just one punch. So he hoped for a worthy opponent in Vaccine-Man. But when he destroyed the planet Jupiter with one sneeze, he wasn't even surprised.
I think it was more due to it being a the beginning of the series and trying to play up how frustrated he is that he doesn’t have anyone worthy because his next fight with BeefCake he didn’t even show emotion through the fight a much larger and more intimidating opponet
You forgot about the strongest character in One Punch Man that could defeat Saitama. They absolutely experienced the power of Saitama for force because they went past that power, that limiter. The mosquito.
I think the problem with that is that Saitama was naked while punching Garou, so they’ll be wondering if that was actually Saitama that punched him since he’s dressed now
good point and that character can be just as powerful as in s-class hero. but it's hard to tell if he's an s-class. because to this point of the anime dragons and demons are a whole new level now.
Wait. If Saitama gets stronger with each hit he receives and delivers…. Dosent that mean he could potentially become boundless??? Because this guy proved Saitama can take a hit from goku proving Saitama can actually one shot…
Yes, Saitama has the potential to be limitless, however to be exact Saitama growth are basing on his emotions. Against Garou it was rage and sorrow. I think it would yield similar outcome when he's excited as well.
My favorite anime ever. Love that despite being the most powerful character ever created in history of entertainment nobody knows it and he even have troubles to move in superheroes ranking. Also is fascinating that he only uses brute force, no super natural powers.
@@manganerd_69 he could be but better way to say, he’s one of those strongest character or considered very powerful, Nobody on drugs his ability’s are overwhelming, he may not have the most greatest feat out of the known people who slams on their shorts but undoubtedly, he could legit destroy a planet, he’s powerful.
The OPM series is my all time favorite. It just gets me excited when heroes see how truly strong Saitama is and how those heroes bump into each other and talk about Saitama. Gets me hyped every time, always wondered when you have someone just plopped in a universe and seeing how the heroes reactions would be.
When you think about the little chart they showed. It shows you that time travel isn't even close to all saitama can achieve since Garou had the ability and he was so much lower on the chart than him. Can't wait to see what saitama does next.
garou used his portals to bring himself and saitama to the sun, punch him into it then escape with another portal back to earth. but saitama farted and instantly followed garou through the portal. the flash of light was from that.
I just realized, Saitama was put against Popeye in a death battle and lost to the cartoon character. If it is true that each punch Saitama uses increases his power even more, that would mean that the results of that battle were not accurate, as Saitama would just keep getting stronger. This also would mean that Saitama would never find his equal, as his power just keeps growing.
I think you've just run into the same problem as saitama fighting the mask. He just can't win (sorry) as not only do cartoon characters have plot armour, they literally can use the power of the animator too, plus it's impossible for any of them to actually die due to the nature of cartoons which is a factor that must be considered even in death battles since a cartoon character's powers can stem from breaking the fourth wall which can make their undying abilities seem like canon.
You're forgetting that popeye is an old western cartoon character. The kind that has no rules. He punched a group of native Americans so hard, he turned them into casino coins. God turns off the universe and popeye survives because he ate his spinach.
I think it should also be pointed out that we don't even know if Saitama can even be killed. All damage thrown at him is shrugged off (aside from emotional damage, but whatever)
I think any toon character will always have the advantage vs an anime character bugs bunny or even spongebob would win against saitama. Everyone likes to classify Saitama as a gag character just because hes hilarious with a comedic aesthetic when truly hes just broken. Toons can manipulate reality and the 4th wall to their will on like a deadpool or the mask level.
I wonder what’ll happen during the NEO Heroes arc, especially because the manga deviated so much from the Webcomic, it’s safe to assume that Blast’s son is going to be significantly more powerful than his webcomic version.
This is the first time i reply you this soon, man. As expected, i found you here. Also, i do want to see the NEO Heroes arc in manga as soon as possible.
@@incontrol2280 it depends if they will not go on a break after the garou arc. We could maybe get there at in 2-3 months the latest since after this, they would not go full NEO heroes introduction yet.
I wonder how Black Sperm and Rover feel about Saitama, I don't imagine he treats them badly, which is probably a change from what the monster association was like, they obviously know he's really strong and could probably kill them but he doesn't act like a dictator.
I suspect that part of the reason Amai Mask respects Saitama and sees him as a gold standard is because Saitama, from the very start, does not judge Hero or Monster but for their actions. He respects Kamen Rider just as much as he does Bang, maybe even more so, as S class heroes have a nack for showing up when they want to, while Kamen Rider persistently shows up when he's needed. If a monster doesn't attack Saitama or others, he doesn't give a flying fuck in hell about them (unless they are a cute dog or sperm). If they act bad or attack him, then he fights back. But unless their intent is truly evil, he usually still won't just kill them.
It's less immune, more like extremely resistant, cause in the webcomics tatsumaki was able to lift him like 2 inches off the ground but she also claimed saitama was super fucking heavy
Saitama comes from the future in the blink of an eye, butt naked and one-punches garou, immediately whips off into nowhere and merges with his fully dressed present self away from everyone who just witnessed the naked one punch... he will not recall the punch and no one else will recognize him as the one to have thrown the punch except genos and maybe bang and the crew
3:30 it was a normal punch mate 🤝 Remember the god level threat boros was obliterated just being in front of a serious punch & at a longer distance than genos
Think about it this way. In chess, King is a defenseless piece that has ultimate freedom to go in any direction, but only at a limited distance. And Queen is the strongest piece, that can go anywhere, in any direction. King’s ultimate ability in chess is to use Queen to defend him/attack fro him. So, that is OPM King is - a king chess piece. And Saitama is a Queen chess piece. It is quite poetic.

I like how Genos and arguably Saitama are meant to be soulless shonen stereotypes but are ironically really wholesome characters with alot of depth and relatability. One is something else man. I love his story telling.
There is theory that saitama couldn’t kill a mosquito because he pushed the air into his palms chapter you can say the same thing except with him distorting space since compressed air would boil the mosquito after due to the vacuum created when he opens his hands if he compressed space it would temporarily increase the gravity on the mosquito witch unless it was as strong as the sun wouldn’t affect it within the frame of time but given a direction would distort and annihilate anything in its path it would also explain how he can travel and perceive thing faster than the speed of light
Also such extreme gravitational changes would appear similar to saitama shockwave caused by his punches since the air pressure caused by earth gravity would suddenly move at ultra high speed switch would be so condensate and fast it would distort light like moving water
I like to think that was actually a god threat level mosquito, it didnt seem to be affected by mosquito girl ability too... And was able to damage Saitama skin
I think that saitama's ability is "I don't care." As in "I don't care" how strong you are, "I don't care" what abilities you have, "I don't care" how much you hurt me, "I don't care" how fast you are, "I don't care" where you are. He is always going to be above.
i went searching for Goku's greatest feats of strength and one of the first results was a top 20 list and about half way through I see "lifts a town". dragon ball fans must have a very active imagination, no offence. I'm also seeing people saying that the reason there's so little damage to the terrain is that the punches are connecting, only a few chapters ago did Garou made the remark, "if the impact penetrated him and shattered the thing behind him, that means he's sturdier than the thing behind him", "this guy, is tougher than a mountain".
You must have an active imagination if you think Saitama has done anything comparable to nearly destroying the universe with mere punches like goku did with beerus. Or traveling millions of light years in 15 minutes (gokus newest opponent did in the manga.) Up until recently saitama's most impressive feat was splitting the clouds with a punch, something goku himself has done while shaking the whole planet. The fucking creator himself has said they (dbcharacters) concentrate their energy into a smaller area for an attack, and they were capsble blowing up planets back when they were 1000000's of times weaker. But yeah sure, it's just be fans coping that there isn't a ton of damage during fights😂😂😂 Unlike you I don't need to read dumb lists, I've watched both anime and have read every manga chapter from each series.
@@nickleback3695 cool, although, any panel or frame i find state "there will be nothing left in the universe. it will turn into a vacuum of nothingness." to me, that doesn't state the the universe itself will be destroyed but the matter in it, which is still colossal, but two chapters ago it opened with Saitama and Garou wiping billions of galaxies off the map with just the recoil of their colliding fists.
Genos realized Saitama was insanely strong after their sparring session. And everyone else only saw his strength when they realized how foolish they were.
Fun fact: when saitama fighting with garou he alway show his serious face but when he get buff his face soon go back to normal and his punch is no longer a serious punch it is a normal punch
The part that i rly like in the fight between saitama vs garo are when saitama accuses that garo clinging onto something after their battle, hearing this garo got angry and about to talk back to saitama, but when garo rly laid his eyes onto saitama he realized the state saitama are in, that saitama too are clinging onto something, there garo see saitama's sad and empty presence with his hand holding what was used to be genos core. Man that part rly chilling me out.
I have two questions. As we can see that Rover and Black Sperm was adapted by Saitama. What happened to Manako after? And would King be (REAL) S-class level if Dr. Kuseno, Bofoi, and Child Emperor come together and made a robot that King can control just as he controls his characters in the video games?
saitama sneezes at a planetary level, farts at the speed of light, outruns teleportation, moves wormholes with a slight kick, can survive full body antimatter exposure, and has literally punched the past. these feats are insane. do they compare to gokus current feats? honestly a couple kinda do, can goku run faster than instant transmission? can he move so fast he time travels? has he survived literal antimatter, which quite literally deletes matter in the single most powerful explosion possible within the universe? (actual questions to db watchers, havent watched since buu saga) maybe not dealing damage wise, but I think speed and durability he has already beaten out goku. especially when you factor in effort, all these feats were effortless if not god dang accidental like the sneeze. so even if goku can match the speed/durability feats, can he do so without trying too hard and with no visible damage?
You know on the flip side of that opm hasn't withstood direct Hakai energy multiple times which is pure destruction energy nor does he spare with Gods of Destruction and angels or compete in tournaments with the strongest fighters in the 12 universe's all the while improving in strength and unlocking new powers and forms
24:30 That line where he thinks to himself, "Just today I met four people who surpass my speed", is downright hilarious! 😂 Just imagine how badly his ego must've been shattered for four people to basically undo everything he boasts about himself?! 🤣🤣
Different things altogether. Superman’s whole gimmick is that he is only relatively strong, and is actually weak against most of his opponents. He inspired hope and aspirations. Saitama is polar opposite. He never struggles and has no hope or aspirations whatever of any kind. They are each other’s antithesis.
As dbs and DBZ fans I agree with this and Idc Goku lost to Saitama. I hope someone animate Saitama and Goku fight together (not fight each other) . Goku toxic fans will appear down here 🤦👇
Okay sir, how the hell does Saitama even beat Majin buu from z. Saitama is just now able to destroy a galaxy after ten actual years z broly been completed that feat already frieza also has did that in his base form z gotenks made a portal by screaming Saitama ain't Doin nothing to current goku
@@koji3173 1. Saitama getting stronger when he fight someone stronger then his face against before. He didn't know how strong his enemy is, so when he knows. He will use his strength higher than before. He already infinite durability- for example, his serious punch and Garou serious punch doesn't effect on him and then the punch literally destroy galaxy while Saitama still standing without injury. resistance to sun temperature, his body can survive at space 2. Saitama already can destroy a galaxy from beginning but he didn't even try it bcs no one survive Saitama punch 3. Saitama also destroy a galaxy with his base form and he didn't have a form transformation. 4. Saitama can move the portal and kick the portal.
@@koji3173 goku got killed and got hurt by a rock in saiyan form bruh, saitamas never been seen hurt or bleed, you db toxic fans just can't accept that other anime character can kill your favourite anime. Db is even dead to begin with, it already ended and just juice out so much it doesn't make sense anymore.
I have a theory that the powers one gets in his universe are usually based on the personality or wishes of the people themselves. A couple of the people have even stated that their monsterous powers ended up manifesting from things they liked or wanted to be with all there heart. If we consider this when thinking about how Saitama's power works, its really simple. The limit of his power is directly proportionate to whatever it is he is fighting. His wish was literally to have the power to be able to defeat any opponent with one punch. I believe his power scales relative to who/what he's fighting. Hence why he technically has the power to easily send atmospheric ripples halfway or more across the planet, but then can also appear to easily control the output to not end up dustify-ing weak common criminals.
This thought of mine is lingering u til now. If Saitama's secret on removing his limiter were revealed to the whole hero society and they believed in them, how strong would those with powers like Tatsumaki and Blast be? If Saitama is just a normal person and he can do catastrophic damage what would happen to Earth if all the heroes learn how to remove their limiters?
@@jepoydizon9160 well yes but actually no when genos scanned for human life saitama was outside of the 500m radius when the explosion happened he simply forgot saitama was theree
Jesus, you are the only guys that make me sit through a video that is almost an hour long and finish it before realizing. Seriously y'all are the best. Keep up the good work👍
Watching this video, I have to come to realize something I hadn't while watching the series. A theory, really - Saitama's abilities are not really 'infinite', but rather, he scales to the challenge. While I used to think he did this consciously, 'holding back', I think the truth might be his power is similar to that of Superman villain _Doomsday_ - he adapts. Also similar to The Hulk - he gets as strong as he needs to be to defeat his opponent. It would also help to explain the whole 'boredom' aspect of his personality; when he battles, he doesn't really try, because he knows he will eventually adapt and 'just win'. In fact, NOT TRYING likely kicks an ability like that in even faster. Just a theory, mind you, and also still relates back to the core "just believe in yourself" of his character.
