It does, however there is a very obvious counter. simply hit saitama with an attack powerful enough to overcome the difference to where he cant raise his power level, basically finish him in one blow. which goku can very well do, allthough we haven't seen the end of saitama's power yet so i cant really say, but current goku beats current saitama if goku used that strategy, hope this clears it up

Good Video. Anyway, I just don't understand the fights from different anime. I mean the strongest one is whatever the author would want to be. For example, there was this character, don't remember the name, who was known as *_endpoint of fate_* or something. He will probably defeat these two characters. But that anime doesn't even compare to these masterpieces. And if you are expecting a fight between different universes then you should also expect that when a certain character goes into another universe he should also be able to do things that might be common in that universe, so these fights would never end. If Goku was the kinda person to end a fight quickly, it's a one tap for Goku, but with the way Goku goes froms base up through all of his form, indirectly making Saitama stronger than him based off his seemingly infinite potential.

here's the actual accurate march of goku and saitama. we're going with the most latest one for both characters, (MEANING AFTER REVERSE OF CASUALITY) were going to talk about saitama first, he has very high potential, so high that he gets stronger as he fights, meaning, currently he's weak. during the fight between cosmic garou and saitama, he was getting stronger by the second, in his serious mode, he could go though spatial portals and also touch them, he has the physique of the perfect human, (some people say he has infinite strength, but we've never really seen a limit. now goku, we already know alot about him, he's universal, even higher, he could shake the entire universe when he fought beerus for the first time, then reaches super sayion blue, then ultra instinct, now that he is mastering it completely, his strongest form is the ultra instinct form(if you say tui your wrong, it only makes him have his sayion instincts which isn't complete and it's been said so) he can dodge any attacks, but, here's the catch, if the other guy is just too unbelievably strong he can surpass gokus ultra instinct dodging, (as we saw when beast Gohan fought mui goku) so, this is how the fight will go, goku, loving fighting, would hold back, trying to match his opponents power and slowly increasing his strength, but this is bad for goku in this situation, because saitama Will get stronger as he fights a stronger opponent, getting stronger and stronger, this could go to the point that goku has to use super sayion blue, but it's over once goku decides to not hold back anymore and give a knockout to saitama, going in ultra instinct it just depends on gokus mood, if he wants to still hold back or go all out, or else face saitama getting stronger by the second

Alright, I have a few things to say, 1st battle was just fine, the 2nd and 3rd battles were not okay you got the power scaling on Goku wrong, and you confused infinite strength and infinite potential. Infinite potential means that he COULD attain infinite strength through growth. Goku would take a deranged amount of time to warm up and get to full power. Meaning that Saitama could get more strength to travel back in time and repeat the same process. Now it's hard to decide if Saitama could become equal to Goku he retains too much fatigue, even though Saitama can travel back in time he would still retain all the fatigue he got. He could get a lot of fatigue because Goku is at the power level of a god and would also increase in strength, even though it wouldn't be as fast as Saitama due needing to break his limits over and over again. That leads me to the conclusion, you can decide if Saitama gains power faster due to Goku gaining hair when he gets a power up which would make Saitama mad, and you can decide if Saitama gets too much fatigue or not. Also please don't give me any hate replies about Goku one shots Saitama easily because I'm literally letting you decide, so if you want to write a reply about that instead you could write who you think would win. Also, no hate replies about how this is too long please. If you want to write replies about those two things then get over it and I'm a person too I have feelings, so if you want to express yours do it in a way that doesn't notify me and allows me to see it. Even if Terra 2 is fanmade, Saitama can reach the level of Terra 2 also a Limiter is the limit placed on people till where they can grow their power and it is NOT able to be surpassed but Saitama removed is limiter so basically he has unlimited potential, we also see that in his fight with Garou the more he fights the stronger he gets, however at the start of the battle garou and Saitama were AROUND the same level, so to increase in power by basically 10x near the end is basically stating that Saitama can grow power faster than his opponents. (no hate on either fanbases)
10:20 Piccolo in dragon ball already had the power of low-planetary. The downscale is actually crazy, since goku in the saiyan saga was already High-Planetary to Low-Star level.
