Interesting thing about Cell is that he can scaled to be more powerful than a standard solar system burster because in Dragon Ball a Solar System is like a Nebula with numerous Stars.
Both Cell and Kid Buu can regenerate from the tiniest bits of them and Saitama's punches would barley effect them (Not to mention that Cell can get unbelievably stronger with every punch Saitama hits him with) Edit: I've seem to make a debate between Cell and Saitama
Not trying to start an argument but SAITAMA cannot grow stronger unless he fights someone strong like him. So, if saitama is stronger in the beginning the more he throws punches the more cell grows, but if cell grows as strong as saitama, saitama gets stronger, but then cell gets stronger and it’s a loop💀

Damn that's a good fight 1 super op physical character vs 1 super op ability character here's my personal opinion Strength - Freiza Speed freiza Durability freiza Skill yhwach (arguable) Reaitsu/ki level black freiza Abilities and hax yhwach IQ and biq yhwach (also arguable) /draw Experience yhwach Power freiza Tier freiza maybe low to high outerversal depends on what you Winner you decide I'm not sure who wins both have great advantages over one another but I personally think yhwach wins he can see the future and manipulate it he could point out freiza weakness or find openings and his abilities and hax will keep him alive
@@goulaljoseph1923 Frieza is stronger than Yhwach but he is not outerversal. More like Mid Multiversal or higher. As for Yhwach vs Frieza, Frieza is vastly more powerful than Yhwach. Yhwach's best feat is around Universal. Frieza during Resurrection Of F was = SSB Goku who during Battle Of Gods Arc was threatening to destroy the entire Dragon Ball Macrocosm which is like 100s to 1000s of universes in terms of size and possibly more (could even be a higher dimension). There is the Endless Living Universe, Heaven, Hell, Demon Realm, Snake Way, GrandKai Planet, King Yenma's Palace, etc and these Realms are Universal in Size. Not to forget Realms which were mentioned in Movies, Games, GT and other media. Then there is the Kaioshin Realm which is 1/10th the size of Macrocosm and let's not forget Beerus's Realm. Afterlife itself which contains most of the mentioned Realms is so big that Heaven which is comparable to the Living Universe disappears from a far enough distance, it's like looking at stars which appear small because they are at a huge distance from Earth. (Afterlife is stated to be a higher dimension in the Guides so it can be scaled to be a 4D-5D Realm based upon your interpretation and scaling) SSG Goku was strong enough to destroy all that casually and he later surpassed those levels of power. True Golden Frieza was equal to SSB Goku when he returned from hell and at the end of TOP he surpassed his previous levels of powers. He in his Base (Final Form) was equal to SSJ Goku and you should know that Frieza is usually around his Base and Frieza's forms have massive multipliers. Regardless at the end of Tournament of Power Frieza was easily at 4D-5D levels of power and inaccessible-immeasurable levels of speeds. Yhwach at best is around Universal levels of power and his ability to change future wouldn't matter against an opponent who is far too powerful than him.

No Buu is Universal. His scream shook the entire universe and when he was just super buu this man screamed so hard he made a hole through dimensions. Keep in mind it was unintentional. But yeah I'm glad there's finally someone smart for once. However saitama low galaxy tier so i think he beats cell but that's it, his highest feat is low galaxy at best.
Cell could destroy a solar system, on daizenshuu, it was stated the solar system a galactic nebula, considering in past 2000 or less, nebulas originally was considered a galaxys, like Andromeda Nebula. Saitama can already tank planet bursting attacks and can breathe in space, so he wouldn't die because of that, althought i'm not sure if he could tank the energy attack directly but let's be honest: a between galaxy level and universe level attack would be enough to do the trick by far

Cell starts being somewhat more powerful, but Cell also improves himself, he has the DNA of the most powerful beings in the universe and their techniques, he can become more powerful by fighting or recovering himself, can regenerate, learn any techniaue instantly and by having Frieza's DNA he can also grown more powerful in extremely short times. Just in his battle against Gohan he came back with a massive amp by regenerating himself instantly after being nearly destroyed just by the fact of healing and watching his foes powers, even If Saitama gets the upper hand, Cell will come back even more powerful as long as a part of his body survives.

I'm not a OPM fanboy, but, saitama just couldn't beat freeza, cause freeza would kill him at the first second, but the other woukd take some hits from him before the serious part, and when saitama hits or do any move in a fight he gets closer to his enemy in an incredible speed, so they would have to kill him before the battles takes more than 3 minutes or 5
