Okay...so I don't understand a word of what is being sung. I do not speak the language and have no idea what the meaning of it is. All I know is that I feel a terrible longing for something or someone, as if I have been separated from something. The depth of emotion here is so heart-breaking with the theme of the song reverberating in a desolate echo of longing. I truly feel blessed to have heard such ethereal music. Thankyou Kaushiki Ma'am for enlivening my tone-deaf and deprived ears of such exquisite music.

Buddy it's a raaga Charukeshi... People use to cry when this raaga is being performed by someone with pure heart.

Does anyone now why the Mehfil album has disappeared off the face of the earth. Used to be in spotify but it's no longer there and I can't find it anywhere now.
