Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 salmon steaks (8 oz each)
2 thumb-size ginger, grated and squeezed
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons of soy sauce (less sodium)
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Pepper to taste
Side dish:
5 oz Tofu
1 eggplant
1 bok choy
Garnish (optional):
Microgreens, red chili
