In many parts of India, Chinese Curry is loved as much as any other curry. Chow Mein, Manchurian, Schezwan Prawns, Hakka Noodles, and many other Chinese dishes are loved in India. Punjab, Delhi, Mumbai, or Calcutta the Chinese cuisine has deep roots and influence on Indian food culture.
Like in Indian curries, the ginger, garlic, and green chillies are also an important use in Chinese cuisine.
I look for my favourite, Salt and Pepper Chicken/Prawns to satisfy my craving for Indo/Chinese flavours.
It is so much better to cook this in your own house. You can replace chicken with prawns or squid. If you are a Vegan/Vegetarian, then firm Tofu is your best bet but feel free to experiment with veggies of your choice. You may be surprised!!
