Salt Lake City's homeless shelters in critical need of staff 

Here is a idea. Hire a homeless person looking for a job. Duh!!

Hire everyone that makes their own bed!

The irony of this, is as massive as human stupidity!

eek no one wants to do this... same with teaching/bus driving/other thankless job

HOUSING COMES FIRST NOW LOOK IF YOU STILL HAVEN'T placed human lives as the top priority !! THIS IS UNFORGIVABLE.!!!!

There is a lot of damaged people today. I've never seen a Mormon homeless shelter. Do they exist? Churches should be opening doors in winter.

No one wants to work anymore

Even in this one as he just says they're keeping people out on the cold because of short staffing. That is just dead wrong. Open those doors and let those freezing people come inside forget your staffing problem people can manage themselves as long as they're not freezing to death...!!

Just ship homeless people to Arizona where it is warm

Street homeless live very simple and modest life. It is kind of minimalist type of life. They don't need much, so they don't ask for much. They just find a camping spot, and it becomes their new home. And, they prefer being left alone as they are. The only thing they really want and think about all day long is fentanyl. Almost all street homeless are fentanyl addicts, and there is no solution for it. Large majority of them will die from fentanyl overdose or drugs related violence in next several years. If you see homeless on bicycles, they are low level drug dealers. If you see them hanging clothes on fences, trees, and such, that tent sells fentanyl 💊. Sadly, all street encampments are open drugs markets. Their residents have full time job to find any money for next fentanyl 💊 either by stealing from stores, your backyard, mugging, begging, prostitution. If homeless are on bicycles they are low level fentanyl dealers till they are not functional, but they easily get replaced.

YOU ALL ARE SERIOUSLY GOING TO ALLOW PEOPLE TO STAY OUTSIDE AND FREEZE TO DEATH AND CHIME IN THERE'S NOT ENOUGH STAFFING?! THIS IS HORRENDOUS THE PRIORITY IS TO SAVE PEOPLE'S LIVES !! NOT TO HIRE EMPLOYEES!!!! 💔💔💔.

I'd do it but pay would have to be right and I'd have conditions I'll give em a call but I'd suggest finding a clean homeless person with no felony record and help them out
