If done correctly, it shouldn't hurt at all. For correctly, I mean with head voice. For the first part of the solo, her voice sounded very nasal, so I can't really say if she did it in the way I deem correct. In the official version it is held for much longer, and in that version, you can hear two voices (or at least two recordings) singing two notes that should be an A5 and a D6 if I'm not mistaken. Here the singer sang only the higher one

as stated on the wiki, it's yi li (李一)! huiling zhu is a contralto and did arlecchino's song, and while she has The Range it's not quite *that* extreme haha
