SALTED CARAMEL BUTTER
Ingredients:
250g heavy cream
350g caster sugar
380g unsalted butter (cubed)
6g pink salt (or fleur de sel)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

is it ok to half the quantity?And do you cover it with cling wrap when you put it in the fridge? :) your owl macaron looks great!

Hi, I kept mine in a glass jar with lid on. It can keep for a few months in the fridge if not contaminated. The quantity you make depends on what you are using it for, so really no rules apply :-) Cheers!
