This creamy yet crunchy recipe has the perfect balance of sweetness and packs a huge burst of flavour with every bite to be eaten by itself or a bowl of white rice. If you’re a fan of either one or both then you guys have to try out this recipe, it will be your first of many!

- Rice flour
- Minced garlic
- Mashed salted egg yolks
- Butter
- Chilies
- Curry leaves
- Evaporated milk
- Salt and sugar
