This Chinese soup goes well with many dishes, not just fried rice.
The key to its deliciousness is the timing of adding the green onions.
You can adjust the amount of green onions and pepper to your liking.
Ingredients
・1/3 long green onion
・1g dried wakame seaweed
・1 small spoonful of grated ginger
・450ml water
Seasonings
・1 large spoonful of chicken stock
・1/3 small spoonful of hondashi granules
・1/3 small spoonful of salt
・About 2 shakes of white pepper
・1 large spoonful of oyster sauce
・About 4cm of lard
・1 small spoonful of sesame oil
How to make it
①Cut the green onions diagonally and cut them into small pieces with a knife from the small end.
②Put 450ml of water in a pot and heat it.
③When it boils, add the grated ginger and seasonings and heat.
④When it boils, add the dried wakame seaweed. ⑤Put the chopped onions in the pot and pour in the hot soup.
【Points】
・When chopping the onions, use a sharp knife to cut the fibers sharply.
・The taste of the soup will change depending on when you put the onions in the soup. It is a good idea to put the onions in the bowl before pouring the soup. By doing this, the onions are cooked just right and the rawness remains just right, resulting in a delicious Chinese soup with an exquisite flavor and taste of the onions.
