Hello Momma Heng- Thank you for sharing your recipes- I love your all your recipes. I think you are a Superstar Chef. Which city of Cambodia are you original from?
Hi! we did it in school for science before. we used chicken eggs and it was still good. slightly different taste and texture. technically, it shouldn't go bad even after a year just a bit too salty. the longer it stays, the more salt it takes in. you could boil it after a month and use it within a month after boiling as long as it stays in the fridge. make sure that everything is clean. never use metal container. use fresh eggs. do not use prewashed eggs. eggs must be washed just before using.
Merci énormément Madame, de votre gentillesse de nous donner des recettes khmer pour les jeunes générations . Pourriez vous nous donner des mesures en français merci d'avance
They do not last even 8 months with an 80% failure rate at 8 months. If you preserve fresh eggs in lime solution you get 100% success rate provided you did the solution right and it lasts for 2 years.
