One of my favorite 80s bands. This album was awesome. Never got their do, heard they were back together. Wildside and Babylon AD also awesome, never got respect. Check them out.
Bought this on cassette when it first came out. These guys only put out this album. Anyone that's a fan of John Bonham needs to listen to this album. The drum mix is great on this and Kurt gets that HUGE bass drum sound
I saw these guys in 1990 in Cambridge Ontario ... the were great!!!! We lost power that nite and these guys played in the dark for aprox. 2hrs then after the generator got hooked up they played even longer EXCELLENT concert!!!
I have the remasteref album with extra trax..stunning album..I bought the original cd when it came out too!🎸🇬🇧🤘..seriously..have frickin hot is that solo?..knickers off girls time solo!!!!
JImmy was a great vocalist! Pete played the perfect guitar riffs for the song! Kurt was obviously a drumming machine!! And Michael Hannon was a complete rock star on stage! He and I played some great originals together when we moved back from LA!
This record was recorded so much better than the other crap out at the time. Well maybe except the Tora Tora Surprise Attack record or even the Bulletboys first and second. The drums on this are rad. Huge and very 70’s throwback. Not all the slick producing tricks other bands were up to. Yeah dudes voice has its moments but when he’s good he’s badass. Check out Lonesome Fool and Sacrifice Me as well by these guys.
Summer of 92 stationed at Castle AFB in California Friday afternoons the old CV M100's out on the balcony and this blasting to announce the weekend party had started
Scott Thorson That's right, man: wasn't there a live version of 'come along' on there? Awesome.I always liked this band but none of my mates 'got them' at all...
Yes! What a tune and what an album...! Salty Dog and and another overlooked band Junkyard! Two bands from that era that should have been massive, but sadly not.
Released the same day on the same label as smells like Shit.... I mean teen spirit......sorry. Better song writing and far superior musical ability weren't the orderof that time sadly.
