• Ingredients: salty garlic bread
High-protein flour 600 grams, 0:29,
Yeast 6 grams, 0:29,
White granular sugar 30 grams, 0:36,
Milk 260 grams (cold) 0:41,
Eggs 2(each about 60 grams, cold) 0:44,
Salt 8 grams, 1:00,
Butter 40 grams, 1:04,
Cream cheese 80 grams, 1:06,
Take 120 grams of butter, 80 grams of garlic paste and some dried parsley, then blend them evenly, 1:45,
Some mozzarella cheese, 3:12,
Get 2 toast mould of 450 grams and brush oil in them ( better bottom in them with silicon paper) 3:49,
• Baking temperature for an 80-liter oven: preheat the oven at 180 degrees for top heat and bottom heat. Keep it on the lower rack of oven. Make sure it stays in the middle part of oven and bake for 30 mins. A smaller oven usually provide more heat. For an oven of about 50 liters, please bake the bread at 150 degrees to 160 degrees; and for an oven of about 30 liters, please set the temperature at 120 degrees to 130 degrees. Bake for about 15 mins and make adjustment if necessary.
