My family came from places like Russia(Romanov AND Rurikid Russia), England, Germany, the old Scandanavian nations(finland, Denmark, sweden, and norway), italy, the Netherlands, belgium, and France. My ancestors would be extremely proud of the American Soldiers who fight for our freedom. On behalf of my family throughout the world, no matter where they may be, I thank all of the American Defenders of Freedom for their service to our nation.
As a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, I was honored to serve my country. It was, truly, the greatest honor of my lifetime to wear the uniform and to be called a soldier. God bless the U.S.A.!!!! 🇺🇸👍👍

I really do not like the United States of America for its lethal politics around the world but at the same time I appreciate the loyalty of its citizens, the proud flags, the principle "My country first". So you have my profund respect. From Italy (Spartaco Giacometti, Italy, Monfalcone - Gorizia)
You love the tree but you don't love its fruit. Typically Italian. Honor to the glorious armed forces of the United States of America. May God bless you all.
@@PraiseGathering OK, these: at 1:47 why add the "hut, 2,3,4,hut, 2,3?... at 2:22 you sing "hail to the foam" instead of the "drink to the foam"...at 3:05 "...ready, do or die" in place of "fight to win or fight to die"...3:40 you sing "...terrible roar" instead of "helluva roar"...4:16 you sing "first WE fight" instead of "first TO fight". If the existing lyrics are offensive to you, that doesn't give you the right to change them. Honor our heroes by singing these songs as written, not by changing them to suit your own preferences, please. A proud US veteran.
@@jkdm7653 Thanks for taking the time to be so specific. We'll try to do the same for you! First, "Hut, 2, 3,4..." was added for fun and for the energy it brings. As for both "drink to the foam" and "helluva roar" you are right, we did intentionally change those since this particular arrangement was written for churches (many schools also use this arrangement). The last two ("fight to win or fight to die" and "first to fight") were unintentional as there have been different versions and revisions of some of these anthems throughout the years. We deeply apologize if our choices have hurt you or any other of our heroes. Please know our intention and the heart behind this arrangement was to honor and celebrate ALL of those who have served and continue to serve our country, including you! Thanks so much for your service--we do not take your sacrifice lightly. We acknowledge and appreciate the fact that if it weren't for you and your fellow veterans, we would not live with the kind of freedom we are privileged to have. Our nation is blessed! Thanks again for the time to comment.
David Allen Army Marine Corps Navy Air Force Coast Guard. Goes in order of which the branches were created. However the Marines are put in front of the navy even though the navy was created first. The reason for this is because the US navy was dissolved and the Marines acted as the Navy until President John Adams re-instated it. The coast guard is last as it’s not technically part of the military but still part of the armed forces. I know it’s confusing but that’s the best way I can put it.
airman Wilson, will you provide us with more information? Which song do you suggest is the correct song? Or are you suggesting the lyrics are incorrect? Thanks.
@@PraiseGathering the whole song is this. Stand Navy out to sea, Fight our battle cry We'll never change our course, So vicious foe steer shy-y-y-y. Roll out the TNT, Anchors Aweigh. Sail on to victory And sink their bones to Davy Jones, hooray! Anchors Aweigh, my boys, Anchors Aweigh. Farewell to foreign shores, We sail at break of day-ay-ay-ay. Through our last night ashore, Drink to the foam, Until we meet once more. Here's wishing you a happy voyage home. You did the second verse, but instead of "college joys" its foreign shores. Your might be a older Verison, but the one all sailors know is that one. Thank you.
Thank you, @airman Wilson. You are right--it looks like the words have changed a few times throughout the years and the version we used in this arrangement is definitely an older version. Thanks for bringing that up and thank you for serving our country!
