Some great goals here, especially a number of long range blasters in his first season. Great dribble by Hassler @4:25 to set up Schillaci. It seems he was a bit slow off the mark in terms of scoring in his second Juve season, but he scored a hat trick in that game against Roma (his third was a cracker) and probably felt he was on track for another decent tally by the end of the year. As it turned out he didn't score again until the season was all but over. Juve's league collapse in the second half of the season probably didn't help, but he continued to have trouble in subsequent years, never quite got back to his prolific start. He worked his socks off and had loads of near misses, but frustratingly the scoring knack just wasn't coming back. @5:29 What an overhead kick! @7:35 a super run and finish, combining with Sosa along the way, for Inter. He had pretty good dribbling talent, obviously a natural goal poacher, could hit it from range too, worked hard most of the game. Looking back at these goals, he seemed to consistently get a good start to the season from 1990 to 94 (especially at Inter, scoring 2 in 3 in his first year then 3 in the first 3 games of his second year at the club) before the drought began.
