Actually people modulate the pitch of their voice as part of emoting. He does it regularly. Like most people. And he does it appropriately too, when he's surprised, or sassy, or amused etc. I find it really odd that so many people notice the changes in pitch and start babbling about "Misha voice". Agree... Sam and cas had much better relationship than castiel and dean... Their relationship had a real development as well... Their relationship is overshadowed only by shippers with their fanon ship destiel. I actually saw much deeper and more lovely relationship between cas and sam, dean was often angry with castiel without reason, throw him out, screamed at him, was not interested in him, always showed how much more he cares for sam than castiel... I am really not sure based on what the shippers ship that ship and therefore deny sam and castiels friendship... It is visible in comments here as well...
