First time I ever heard of Sam Fender was when I saw him opening Hyde Park 2019 before Neil and Bob. I was well impressed by him then. Glad he's gone on cos there is a sad lack of guitar music right now.

Don't be daft. The first railway was in Wales, about 25 years before the Manchester to Liverpool line was built. Not sure where the North Shields connection comes in, but if he's talking about George Stephenson, the father of the railway, he's a few miles off the mark.

What I wanna know is why does this station keep playing the same limited music. Everytime I tune in , within 5 minutes you will hear honest mistake by the bravery. This is a joke , they keep playing the music day in day out
