Sam Hunt Medley, "Don't Rock The Jukebox/Here's a Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares), Nice and Slow/Ignition, Come Over, and Speakers" Live @ The BB&T Pavilion, Camden, New Jersey September 15, 2017.
Tyler Patterson BITCH ALL OF HIS OWN SONGS HE ORIGINALLY DID ARE PERFECTION. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT MAKE HALFWAY DECENT SONGS LIKE THIS???? ALL TEN SONGS ON HIS MONTEVALLO CD ARE PERFECTION. DRINKIN' TOO MUCH IS PERFECT. BODY LIKE A BACK ROAD IS PERFECT. AND HIS BRAND NEW SONG DOWNTOWN'S DEAD IS PERFECT. NOW SAY THAT ONE MORE TIME THAT HE DON'T HAVE MORE THAN DECENT SONGS. ALL OF HIS SONGS ARE TOO PERFECT TO BE JUST "DECENT'
@countrygirl, not saying that this guy can't sing. Just saying that his songs do not carry a country vibe. He is just an R&B singer wearing cowboy boots.
@@countrygirlcountrymusiclov5831 most definitely a fangirl obviously, because calling any of this man singing Perfection isn't even close to understanding the word Perfection, this man sings okay and some of his songs are decent but he's no Jones, he's no Williams, he's no Faron Young, he's no Ernie Ford, he's no cash, he's no Elvis, and to mix R&B or rap with country is a fucking sin but obviously not to those who don't understand good music. But hey to each their own liking shity music is your thing, liking decent music is ours..
Austin Miller BITCH OPEN YOUR FUCKING STUPID EARS. THERE IS NOT A SINGLE DROP OF ANYTHING CLOSE TO RAP COMING FROM HIS MOUTH DUMB ASS. GET THE HELL OFF HERE AND GET YOUR ASS TO A HEARING CLINIC
J F LISTEN TOO GOOD. NOT LISTEN TO WELL. AND COME OVER FROM KENNY CHESNEY IS FAR FROM THE ONLY SONG HE HAS WRITTEN. HE WROTE A SONG OFF REBA'S 2015 CD CALLED LOVE SOMEBODY. ACTUALLY I THINK THE SONG HE WROTE OFF THAT CD WAS THE LOVE SOMEBODY SONG. HE ALSO WROTE THIRTEEN OF HIS OWN SONGS. THE THIRTEEN SONGS HE WROTE OF HIS OWN ARE THE TEN FROM HIS MONTEVALLO CD AND HE WROTE DRINKIN'TOO MUCH BODY LIKE A BACK ROAD AND HIS BRAND NEW SONG DOWNTOWN'S DEAD. IF I AM NOT MISTAKING THAT IS A TOTAL OF ABOUT FIFTEEN OR SIXTEEN SONGS HE'S WRITTEN
Ok Sam. Yes. Sure. Cedartown? Never heard of it. Yeah. Whoa. Yeah. Get er done Sam Good job Sam. YEAH! Alan Jackson, Travis Tritt , Yuck. Slow down Sam.
Catch Moore Fishing LITTLE BITCH THAT IS WHAT HE HAS BEEN DOING HIS ENTIRE CAREER DUMB SHIT. WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN FOR ONCE???? MORE FOR LIKE THE MILLIONTH TIME IN HIS FOUR YEAR CAREER. ALL HE HAS DONE SINCE STARTING HIS CAREER WITH LEAVE THE NIGHT ON IS NOTHING BUT COUNTRY
Matthew Miller EVERY TIME HIS MOUTH OPENS IT IS PERFECTLY PERFECTION. HE IS TOO PERFECT TO BE JUST "DECENT". ALSO HE COULD NEVER COME CLOSE TO SOUNDING ANYWHERE CLOSE TO POP IF HE TRIED. HE IS AS FAR FROM POP AS YOU CAN GET
countrygirl country musiclover not really. Country has always had twang and pure true lyrics. He has mixed country to where it ain't true country like hank Williams, George Strait, Merle Haggard, Alan Jackson, Loretta Lynn..Tammy Wynette. Now that is whats country
Matthew Miller LITERALLY ANY OF THOSE PEOPLE YOU NAMED ARE EQUALLY AS COUNTRY AS ANYTHING THAT SAM HUNT HAS RELEASED. SAM HUNT IS AS MUCH TRUE COUNTRY AS ANY OF THOSE. HELL HE IS EVEN EQUALLY AS TALENTED AS 99% OF THOSE PEOPLE OTHER THAN THAT SORRY NO TALENT SACK OF SHIT LURETA LYN. AND SINCE WHEN THE HELL DID TALENTS LIKE GEORGE STRAIT MERLE TAMMY AND ALAN DESERVE TO HAVE THEIR NAMES ANYWHERE CLOSE TO GARBAGE LIKE LURETA LYN. DO NOT EVER DISRESPECT LEGENDS LIKE THEM BY PUTTING THEIR NAMES ANYWHERE CLOSE TO GARBAGE LIKE LURETA. THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO HAVE THEIR NAMES ANYWHERE NEAR HER. LURETA BELONGS ON THE SAME LIST AS HER SISTER KRISTAYLE GAIL AS WELL AS PATSIE KLEIN GEORGE JONES AND ALLISON KRAUSE. LURETA DON'T BELONG ON A LIST ANYWHERE CLOSE TO SUCH TALENTED LEGENDS AS TAMMY MERLE GEORGE STRAIT AND ALAN.
Jake Rhoads SHAKE YOUR FUCKING HEAD ELSEWHERE DUMB ASS. HE CAN'T RUIN ANY FUCKING THING IF HE TRIED. HE COULD TURN ANY FUCKING GARBAGE FROM GEORGE JONES AND MAKE IT PERFECTLY. GEORGE JONES SUCKED ANYWAY. MY CHOCOLATE LAB HOWLING SOUNDS BETTER THAN ANYTHING THAT HAS EVER CAME OUT OF GEORGE JONES MOUTH
LOL. Looks like I touched a nerve. Look, KC is my favorite country artist. But, let's just be real. Nobody is perfect and they can't all be home runs. What I'm saying, as a musician myself, is that the repetition of "come over, come over....." is just irritating and it's like the songwriter just couldn't figure out what lyrics to write. So, he just decided to repeat the same thing over and over and over and over. THAT's why I hashtagged "that ain't country." That kind of pathetic song writing might fly in pop music, but country songwriters need to have a little more talent. I agree with the part about the duets to a certain extent. The ones with the pop singers tend to be more pop and less country. When The Sun Goes Down is actually pretty good from a songwriting standpoint. And when Kenny does it live, guess what....he does it by himself. I'm sure Kenny is a big boy and he is OK with people saying, "Eh, I don't really care for that one." It doesn't mean he stops being your friend. The main crux of my comment was, if you're going to sing/write COUNTRY songs, then sing/write COUNTRY songs. We don't need any "fusion" or nuances. Country has been country for decades and there's no need to change that.
justchico75 In my opinion the the thing that contributes most to making a song good is how much emotion you can feel them singing with. So I think they kinda go hand in hand
