He's never referred to a rabbit directly, only as a "rabbit-like" creature, which I think makes it all the more better

A little late, but from what I remember there were multiple instances in the comics where he sticks his fingers into his eye holes and they stretch like empty cavities. Anything that could be wrong with max, absolutely is.

@@Awfulfeature actually, the story is pretty much surmised in Poker Night at the Inventory 2; the whole dialogue side-story that Sam brings up is, apparently, what the devs had intended that game to be all about. There were a few other Sam & Max games that got cancelled too, though, that we really don't have a great idea about- but they would've been more in the vein of Hit the Road, and it really sucks that they didn't get to finish those.

But you would get bored after the second sentence and thus, your mind would then just wander off. Also, there are no magical machines for hypnosis -like in the game- in real life so that route is out of the question, of course.

It's because there are six episodes, connected in continuity, but each with different story, and clips are from all of them in no particular order.

That's pretty much how S&M roll, you never see the plottwists coming before they sneak up on you, beat you senseless and steal your kidneys

It’s an episodic game, each chapter tells a relatively self-contained story but there’s a greater conspiracy going on involving hypnosis and the government.

They're freelance police and they're saving the day, one episode at a time.

I love how you'll find that exact same exchange happening within the confines of Mr.Spatula's water cooler when you get hypnotized and have to clear the various Brady Cultures out of your office.

Making something more accessible by refusing to dehumanize a group of people is not censorship. It's common decency.

Not to mention the fandom has been overrun by Twitter kids who just want sam and max to be a couple and don’t care about the game/comic itself. Nothing is sacred anymore

Tbf, I'm pretty sure nothing has ever been sacred. Censorship of media has been a thing since people have been able to write and read. Religious scripture, art, books, newspapers, etc. etc. And the whole debate of "it's not right to censor" versus "this content was harmful", has been going on, for as long as censorship began. The only reason anyone thinks "X time was different" is usually due to ignorance. (e.g. You won't care that adults are having a heated debate about some piece of media. If you're a kid, only preoccupied with enjoying said media.) Or more pressing, life threatening situations.

At least Beyond Time and Space had no rewritten lines.
