@@jonasvalero Actually no. Spider-Man 4 was actually going to happend after alvi arad ruined Spider man 3 with Venom. Sony AGAIN started disturbing Sam Raimi's work. So he gave up.
Late respinse but, he kinda did. If he hadn't made the first 2 spiderman moves as big and popular as they where, they would've pulled the plug off Iron Man. After Spiderman studios realised that cape movies could make big BIG cash
He also stopped the Nightmare Warriors franchise from ever beginning . In Witch the first and only movie Freddy vs Jason became the template for practical all marvel movies.
He was able to bring Spider-Man to life like no one else could and he was even able to incorporate some of his horror style stuff into it without it feeling jammed in!
Ever since I was a kid, he's been one of my favourite directors ever. His style is unmistakable Raimi. Would love to see him direct another Evil Dead or any horror for that matter.
@@LFiers I’m trying to put together some money to buy evil dead 2 and army of the dead. I love Sam cause of his Spider-Man films but I am trying to watch a lot more of his stuff
I like him. He seems so humble and modest, extending credit to all other members of the crew. He barely even credits himself. One of few directors who acknowledges the hugely collaborative nature of filmmaking.
The first movie I ever watched was Spider-Man 2002 and my favourite horror movies are the Sam's evil dead trilogy so in short yeah he's awesome and a huge inspiration to me as a filmmaker and director
Two of my favourite comic book movie directors are Zack Snyder and Sam Raimi and I wonder what holy shit and bonkers movie will they create if they collaborate
I'm not a huge superheroe fan, heck, I don't like them, but this dude did an amazong job with Spiderman, I can watch a MCU movie once, but Sam Raimi trilogy I can watch it a billion times. He is a genius.
Spider-Man was my first movie I ever seen so Sam is a very special director and has greatly inspired me along with other filmmakers to become a filmmaker myself
Humble, learning & he just true as his words he were saying.. Simple & fine..he's one of the people we should follow to learn .. one should be followed to learn 😃🌟✨🙌 June 18 2022 8:00 pm ist
Sam Raimi's SPIDERMAN movies all things perfect alongwith Suits, theme, direction,Swinging Camera Views and Swinging Poses, theme musics, star cast...etc.
This man is the definition of CARING about something that is created. The gaming industry needs people like him, developers who actually give a fuck and not just copy paste.
In the 1990s, Sam Raimi had planned to direct Thor under Twentieth Century Fox, but the studio passed on the project. Raimi would later direct a trilogy of films on Spider-Man and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022), two other Marvel Comics superheroes.
Evil Dead still has fans, even if it's not mainstream, that's true. But does anyone give two shits about his Spiderman movies nowadays? There were many movies like that since he directed those.
I like Raimi well enough but I think it's hilarious that he said that Tobey Maguire helped pull him back and make things more subtle. Where was that Tobey in Spiderman 3? Sounds like someone needed to be told to be more subtle. Or, at least, less emo punk.
Afonso Lucas Something in your throat? Yes, Sony sucks. Here's hoping the new film has none of their fingerprints on it. I was excited for the reboot before, only to be disappointed. Things are different this time, though. Marvel, you're up.
