when this played in the movie by joel I was suprised I was already enjoying the film and how the atmosphere of it really spoke to my soul but this song just really shocked me. It was like a warm nostalgic memory that melody is something else
Im a guitarist too for over 25 years; and I was impressed by your playing and performance in Joel's movie. Beautiful song. And damn you and your thin, long fingers, haha. I hope you keep playing and writing and sharing... 💙
Such a beautiful piece of music my man won’t lie it kinda brings a tear to my eye. I interpret the song relating to 2 pets escaping their abusive owner
It was inspired by two corgis i encountered on a pizza delivery. Lady opened the door and they ran out onto the street, started moseying up the neighborhood. She called out for "Maggie, Max" but they were long gone and she gave up to take her pizza.
This riff has been repeating in my head since i watched "It just takes time", really excellent work in the film and this is a wonderful recording! keep it up brother
Hello! Beautiful song, I came here from It Just Takes Time. I listened to some of your other songs, but this one really stands out to me! (maybe I'm biased because of the movie) Can you share the sheets to this piece? If not I understand, but will try to learn anyways. I need my friends to hear this wonderful song (:
