@@sallymae5893 It’s not about proving anything or any insecurities. It’s about having personal boundaries and letting someone else know when they overstep those boundaries. Getting angry at someone is a way to let them know this. For example, getting mad at someone driving who almost hit/killed you crossing the street.
My son used to play football on the beach in Fort Walton Beach, Fl. with a Godzilla sized bodybuilder. My son was 10 years old. Skinny as a twig standing behind bodybuilder acting like he was flexing monster size muscles. The women thought it was cute & surrounding my son. The bodybuilder seen my son and laughed saying damn i have serious competition. My son & the guy became friends and would play football with the giant guy. Some big guys have have heart. My son still remembers the guy. He can't remember his friends real name but gave him the nickname Mr. Huge. This was in the 1980s.

@@ltobon661 20% is a high amount of body fat for a man. That’s why he’s so strong. If he had a low body fat. He’d be more defined. But that’s not what he’s going for. He’s going for maximum strength. Which requires a good amount of fat to accomplish

@@brucetungsten5714 Actually a really good way to put it. There's an interview with Lennox Lewis talking about how random dudes at clubs would always try to fight him. Tose dudes would actually throw punches at him, and he talks about just easily knocking them away because they don't know how to throw punches, and he would always just try to deescalate the situation cause he knew he could hurt them very easily. Doesn't matter who you are, someone will always test you!

Yeah, but that's not a bump. That's a shoulder check, and the only time I've ever seen guys do that it's to start a fight. Kind of surprised nobody's knocked him on his ass.
Sam has changed , even his videos. He talks more and more abour training hardnetc which is great on juice and gear! If your not on it you need rest days. So there is a change. He got more famous and we are seeing the real sam
