Hey man, for the past few months I’ve been in a bad funk. Haven’t been going to the gym, gaining weight, eating like crap. But this video just might be the one to help me get out of it. Thanks for uploading this video, i don’t know your reasoning for it but im really glad you did because you are actually helping people out in this world and i just wanna say thank you and keep doing what your doing.
everyone messes up, everyone will fail. you will lose it all you will do wrong, bible says we cannot be perfect but we can walk amongst perfect and be better. your fall wasnt a fall you slipped only because you noticed. Get yourself in the gym, record results and remember friend. you ARE NEVER ALONE
1 thing us men have control of is our body just set a long term goal say in 2 years you want to have the body you want eat right train rest how much is a gym membership say most 50 dollars there open 24/7 if not confident just go quieter times home rest eat repeat .

I think if someone chooses steroids its there choice and if researched do it right there not hurting anyone its a lot safer than going out getting wrecked on a sat night chasing booty
