SPOILERS FOR 14x01!
Supernatural is back and so are my weekly videos about it :'D
I've read lots of comments of people who didn't like the premiere, but personally I really enjoyed it! There were some things I didn't like, but for me all that's needed to like an episode are good sam and sam&dean moments, which this episode totally had, so I can easily overlook the bad parts.
I loved how much screentime sam had, and all the emotions they let him display. No need to say that jared absolutely killed it, he was amazing! How he showed how much he misses dean (the first scene with him driving the impala while listening to dean's tapes... oh my heart) and his lucifer trauma while caring for nick (I know him being alive doesn't make sense, but if it means we see sam dealing with his trauma, I'll take it!) and of course badass sam with those demons! I loved that scene so much! And all those crowley mentions made me so emotional! And that last scene with castiel, saying how he'd do anything to find dean... my heart can't take it. Not to mention the car scene with mary, how his voice broke when he said dean might even not be alive anymore... it was so emotional! I also loved those two sam&jack scenes, I'm so happy their relationship hasn't been abandoned this season because I absolutely love it!
And of course, I need to mention jensen as well because he did the most fantastic job with michael, seriously! And when anael asked michael why dean said yes to him and he said "love" oh my god, I died hahah
So yeah, I really enjoyed the premiere and I can't wait for next week's episode!
I really struggled about what to vid: if sam, sam&dean or sam&jack, but in the end I settled for sam, so that I could also include some scenes with dean and jack.
But I definitely want to make a video more focused on the sam&dean scenes of this episode, hopefully we'll get more scenes next week and I'll be inspired to make it!
I know this video is a complete mess, and I'm really sorry for it, but you can blame the fact that I have a cold and it's not allowing me to think lol
But I do enjoy some of the parallels I found, so hopefully you'll like the video!
The first part represents sam pretending to be fine while he's not, and that's why it's in b&w, while the second part is him talking about how he really feels and who he really is, I hope that makes sense.
And I'm sorry it's so long, I don't know how that happened ^^''

Sam Winchester is so much more than just Dean’s brother. It always feels like many people underestimates him. And that just upset me. Dear spn fans, Sam is good character, please love him.

Sam is and has always been my favorite. There is so much depth to his character. His heart is so big and he tries so hard. But like so many others, it is those very qualities that lead him, not really astray, but into making poor decisions that he later has to overcome. And overcome he does. You can see the struggle on his face and hear it in his voice.

Sam was my favorite from the day i started watching spn. Idk i just feel 'kinda connected' to him because he always tries to saves everyone especially his family. And in the first few seasons he felt like a freak which i did/do to tbh.

Hate to tell the Dean fans out there, but Sam IS the prime character of the show - just watch the credits - Jared Padelecki is listed before Jensen Ackles and that is NOT because his name comes first alphabetically (First, at least). It's because of billing. If you go back and watch the first five seasons, it's very clear that it was the arc of how Sam was born into a destiny he never asked for, and managed to defeat the Devil, even though it took his own life. Though even I would have hated to see it end there, the true power-house story-telling was encapsulated in that.

Sam is underrated. His heart is the biggest part of him. He is easy to relate to because all he want to do is to protect the ones he loves and save the rest.

MY HEART One thing I REALLY love about the later seasons, is Sam. Sam Winchester: Scholar, Hunter, Warrior, Leader, Savior, Destroyer, Monster, Murderer, Brother, and Son. The one man who suffers more than Dean could. Every challenge he has faced breaks him and makes him stronger for it. The true hero of the story. And something tells me that when Season 15 ends, Sam would sacrifice himself to save everyone. Everything ends eventually and if I am right then Sam’s story will end like any heroes story would. Dying with his head held high and a smile on his face as he finally finds peace

I had to pause the video to breathe and my mom gave me a concerned look and the words that left my mouth were, "I'm okay." Oh my god you're all so wonderful. I've never gotten this many likes. Sam has always been my favorite because I feel the writers always completely side with Dean and only give Sam relationships to make him make some mistake

Got to 1:35 before the tears hit. I am late to the party, but can I just say how beautifully, brilliantly unparalleled this is? The colouring and the parallels and the music and the scenes and just ugh. It is a masterpiece. Sam Winchester is so much more than what most people seem to see him as. Ever since that first episode, ever since Jess’s death, tragedies have been piling up and up around him and he blames himself for that, only himself. He has been through so much, through literal hell, and he struggles with that and carries that with him every day. It’s the most humanising, heart-wrenching quality about him.

Okay, so mostly I was dying inside at the "I'm fine" sequence because it was really sad. But then this other part of me was dying of *laughter* because that just describes this whole show, doesn't it..? Hahaha Also, love that Cas is finally one of the people he trusts enough to tell the truth to about *not* being okay! As much as I love the relationship between Sam and Dean, I have a soft spot for Sam&Cas because of how far they've come. The friendship between them is honestly one of the healthiest on the show... Hahaha

oh my god it just broke my heart I will try to be calm this time and write sensible comment. Sammy, my poor Sammy, I hate seeing him in pain and we literally see him in pain all the time, which hurts and now you put all the pain in this one video, well, thank you for destroying my heart. I have to say, all the scenes when he said he was fine, it hurt me the most in this video, you did a marvelous job here and you a achieved your eternal goal; killing people with feels. @@azahora22 I honestly don't doubt that his role as Sam took a big toll on his mental health, because Sam was always the one who took on the mental burdens, and it couldn't have been easy for Jared to get out of his dark place, when he had to play Sam, and Sam always had to be in one, it just shows how strong of a person Jared is and how great of friends and family he had to support him.

If you mean the Archangel blade, it won't work without another archangel wielding it. And they're kinda fresh-out at the moment besides Micheal himself. (Okay, there is their world's Micheal down in the cage, but 1. Getting down there in one piece would be almost impossible without the aid of someone in charge. And 2. No matter which way you cut it, Micheal has no reason whatsoever to feel kindly disposed towards the Winchesters and helping them. He'd probably be more likely to join his counterpart from the other universe and just say "Let's burn this b*tch to the ground."

The amount of times everyone around him asks if hes fine is.. Understandable. Sam will always see the hope of the situation, he IS the hope they were waiting for. If you notice, the times when sam doesnt see a light, dean is right next to him to tell him "We can do this.". I love this show man

I relate to Sam so much in this video. And watching how willingly he is to sacrifice his life after, and after is so comforting and discomforting at the same Time. I recently went through a break up. Just due to me not being enough and going through my own demons, my business hasn’t been exiting me and actually been draining my life now. But, watching these videos are so comforting because it’s been really lonely lately. I’m venting while playing this video but hearing Sam say “your going to survive this” helps a lot.

This video makes me think of when he's talking to Rowena about lucifer and how he says the world was always ending so he just pushed it down and didn't deal with it. Everyone likes to point out what Dean's went through but people seem to forget how much Sam's been through and how tough he is bc he's quiet and doesn't whine about it. Out of the two Sam is the strongest even Dea said it before he passed, he jsut has such a queit strength and it is admirable.

Its so hard when you normalized so much "im fine" response to anyone, my mother, my brother, some friends that when you get a mental breakdown it feels like theres absolutely nothing to do and ypu r about to day When someone points out the inmense guilt or pressures youre dealing with, you see how crazy is to holding that all that feelings

Sam Winchester is the strongest character on the show. He’s sensitive, emphatic, so strong and yet so vulnerable. I love this character and wish he was real (although I wouldn’t want anyone to suffer so much in real life)

This is awesome 👏👏👏 this may come out wrong, but we don't get enough collections highlighting Sam's strengths and admitted weaknesses. He's not afraid to be human, remember his humanity, fight for those he loves and the ones he's saving, always standing up for what he uncompromisingly believes in, and constantly sharing his heart. His strength in these areas is Dean's anchor and keeps the 2 of them grounded on their true jobs...saving people. Without Sam's heart they could easily have turned darkside like Gordon. Even when possessed by angel, demon, or Lucifer...Sam never lost Sam. He is amazing and loveable. Thanks Mia for showing these character strengths so beautifully as you always do. You must have a big, loving heart yourself to know exactly how to put together these vids. You are the best!!!🥰💕

god, just stumbled on this again. the absolutely beautiful tribute to how hurt, how lost, how alone, how less sam feels, the shame, and guilt, he goes through, but still seemingly, somehow, finds this unshakable faith and power to hold on to, and share with others.... sam winchester is so strong and so beautiful and you put this forward through these 4.5 mins so well.... thank you. gonna hold this video close to my heart. that’s my sam :’)

This is amazing!! My poor boys. My poor, lost, and sad Sammy boy dealing with trying to find his brother and having to deal with the lucifier trauma. Also I thought of a parallel while watching the episode!! When Cass is talking to Jack and giving them the “we are your family” speech, it reminded me of what dean said to cass at some point. Overall amazing edit and amazing premiere episode :)

Jesus Christ, this gave me chills! Sam is my favourite character on Supernatural. I am so glad I found your channel. I am devastated I only started watching the show this year. I figured out I started watching about 2 weeks after they announced season 15 would be the last one. The up side is binge watching all seasons over and over. I’ve watched Supernatural 3 times over since April and it’s still not enough. I’m totally obsessed with how good this show is. Thank you for making such a great representation of Jared over 14 seasons. His portrayal of Sam is stellar acting. ❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊

"I'm fine" it's a phrase people use to hide all their true feelings, I relate to Sam because after everything life throws at Sam he puts up an act as if he's completely unaffected. However he always has a moment where he breaks and what he's been holding back pours from his mouth.

I'm no crying, you crying! Holy moly, how did you match all of this parallels? This is so brilliant and touching that my heart rose and rose but also knocked me down. I love how you showed all colors of Sam - his love, emphathy, protectiveness, strength, fear, despear. All of emotions in one man that makes Sam a very complex character.😍 When I watched season 14 premiere I wanted hug our giant do hard because he was so sad and tired.😪

My heart broke when I started watching this video, like...seriously? This’s so full of emotions! I really like all the parallels in it as to reiterate all Sam’s answers about his true feelings and the way he wants always be strong for everyone not to let them be worried about him just destroys me. And I feel so hurt seeing him try to deal with his life without Dean with the constant thought (and above all fear) of having lost him forever! Ahhhh just too heartbreaking! Sam’s progression through the seasons really is how others handle burden on their shoulder. At first and every time it’s “I’m okay” or “I’m fine” Until it continues to grow and you realize you have people to depend upon. Only then can you admit you’re not fine.

I haven't properly realized how much I missed your daily videos about new eps till I have seen this but gosh I think now I am way more excited about your upcoming videos than the episodes themself! The first part absolutely ruined me! it was magnificent and so touching! it made me feel more than I expected.... with all those scenes that you found when he is saying he is fine but actually isn't.... so brilliant and then your editing in the second part!
