Samaritans make a pilgrimage to Mount Gerizim, with men participating in public worship.[1][2]
Samaritan Passovers are each one day long, followed by the six-day Festival of Unleavened Bread - for a total of seven days.[3] that includes the ancient lamb sacrifice on Mount Gerizim on the 7th day.

I always like to point out the Samaritans to the fools who say the Hebrews were black or Jesus was black. I point out that the Samaritans have lived in Israel uninterrupted for 3600 years and are genetically related to the Jews. The Samaritans are what the Jews of the bible looked like.

Black Hebrew movement is a result of Black American identity crisis and lack of racial self esteem. I mirrors the Black Pharaoh movement which unfortunately became so mainstream among black americans, that the Egyptian government had to take legal action to protect their historical identity from being appropriated by delusional black americans. They have Turkish hats on, and even they believe they were brought there from Iraq by the Assyrians... not saying they were black, but to say that they were "untouched" is a lie. @@Snpiedog which year they were taken to Assyria ? Did they took complete Samaritans and Turkish caps which year Islam was spread in turkey? And Arabic language! Is it Islamic language or a common language in the Arabian peninsula? And is Samaritan Torah in Paleo Hebrew or Arabic? I'll be waiting for your answers thank you!

The Kingdoms of Israel and Judah were conquered by the Assyrians in 722 B.C.E. Only the Kingdom of Judah survived, and yehudi יֽהוּדִי came to denote 'Jew', resp. 'Jewish', a follower of Yahweh. The Assyrians scattered the leaders of the tribes of the northern kingdom of Israel in small groups throughout the Middle East. They became what is known as “the ten lost tribes of Israel.” But a few Israelites remained behind, they were to become what we know today as the "Samaritans". It was not long before the Kingdom of Judah suffered a similar fate to the Kingdom of Israel. In 597 BCE, King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon laid siege to and conquered Jerusalem, destroying Solomon's temple and exiling the Jews to Babylon for 70 years. In 539 BCE, the founder of the Persian empire, Cyrus the Great, gave the Judeans permission to return to their homeland. The Jews returned home to Israel with a vastly different Torah than the one they had left with. ----------------- The Israelite Samaritans were surprised; they still only knew the first 5 books of the Torah, namely the Pentateuch of Moses. But the new Judean Torah written in the Babylonian exile now consisted of an additional 34 books, none of which are known to the Samaritan liturgy to this day. The Jews of the southern kingdom believed that the Samaritan Israelites, who had remained in the North, were a small group of unfaithfuls, intermarrying with the non-Jewish invaders. They frowned on the Samaritans, denying that any non-Hebrew had any right to be included among the chosen people. This echoes the sentiment of the story of Jacob, where Simeon and Levi could not accept intermarriage with gentiles, even after their circumcision. The newly settled Assyrians that came to Samaria, the Samaritan territory, initially brought with them their own gods, but within a short time they worshiped Yahweh as well as their own gods, and then within a couple of centuries, they worshiped Yahweh exclusively.

How come ? When Samaritans never had the Messiah concept at all ! Samaritans don't believe in David, salmon, Ezra, nehamya, ester, Ruth, zachariah, Malachi , Jeremiah. They have one and only prophet is Moses and 5 books of Moses ! Now prove me all those are prophets and Jesus is Messiah from Samaritan Torah! I will be waiting for your answers!
