On the which tank will fill up first it is the g in my opinion. The water will reach C without filling any tanks(hopefully you can understand why). The J and D pathways are gonna be filling with the same amount of water because the 2 pathways are at the exact same height. The J pathway is gonna take way too long because the first tanks that are gonna get filled up are probably H or K so the water has to go through J and L and then start filling up H or through J and I and then start filling up K. On the D pathway its way quicker because it only has to go through D and then G starts filling up.
