8:48 Apparently it was illegal to arrest him in that situation, because they changed the reason why he was under arrest. It's not illegal to record, and they only arrested him AFTER they realized that he was also recording.

Explanation for Pedro Ruiz So Pedro started a RU-vid channel with the hopes of becoming famous. He would usually film stunts or challenges with his pregnant girlfriend, Mona. So one day he got the idea to see if a dictionary is bullet proof. (Think it was like world biggest dictionary) So Pedro convinced Mona to be the one to shoot after much persuasion. In the video she shakily shoots him and obviously the dictionary wasn't bullet proof. I know for a fact clips of it can still be found online. Not sure about the whole video. Overall Mona was given I think around 10 for accidental manslaughter and has since then moved on as an influencer. Kinda like the Gypsy Rose situation but it wasnt premeditated.

If you’ve never made homemade mac and cheese before, it can seem a bit daunting. But don’t worry, we’ll break it down and take it step by step! Boil the pasta, drain. Make the cheese sauce by combining a fat (butter), and starch (flour), then whisking in the milk products. Cook the sauce until it’s nice and thick. Add in shredded cheeses, stir well. Combine cheese sauce with cooked pasta. Transfer half of the mac and cheese to a baking dish, sprinkle with more shredded cheese. Top with the rest of the mac and cheese, top with more shredded cheese. Bake and prepare to thoroughly enjoy!
