That's because it's the same voice actor. It's not that shocking. Bakugo's voice actor voiced many anime characters,including Karma from Assassination Classroom and Genya from Demon Slayer.
Eh, I think it’s more to point out people who have the same va. I didn’t even know until it was pointed out. Clifford Chapin is still a great va, just doesn’t have much range (at least from what we see here). Same goes for many other va’s. Dub and Sub.
