David Hayter voiced the 90s Animated Captain America before Josh Keaton did in X-Men ‘97. They’ve both voiced the same version of the character, just nearly 30 years apart.

@@markeyiszra Kojima only cared about the Japanese VAs. He could give give two fucks about who voiced Snake in the English dubs, unless it was one of his own cinephilic fantasized Hollywood heroes. David Hayter may be a hero to us, but in no way did Kojima respect him at all. He kept trying to recast Snake for every game (presumably because he wanted Kurt Russell), until finally when in 2015, he got Kiefer on board.
