Lawn tickets were $73 for a bunch of old has been boomers. No way was I paying that for damn near 80 year old guy singing for the lawn. Passed on this show
@GeorgeZimmermen I literally paid 14 dollars a piece. I bought 2 and they were less than 50 dollars. What else would you be doing on a Monday night for 50 bucks that could be more exciting? Next time do yourself a favor and use vivid seats for a show. Groupon had a deal. Show was great despite the power issue that lasted about 20 minutes.
This is a 78 year old rocker, playing in a worn out 60 year old venue, to old boomers that walked a mile from their cars, with knee and hip replacements. Who said rock is dead.
@hermanmunster714 I'm 48 and far from worn out or a boomer. He's 76 , his band mates absolutely played great. Sounds like you didn't make the show? Smart people don't walk a mile they get preferred parking and I didn't see many if anyone with knee and hip issues. You must be speaking of yourself stuck at home lol.Blossom is 56 years old and the place puts hundreds of pavilion style venues to shame nation wide. 16k attendees on a Monday tells me that he still has a great draw and to have Joe Satriani shredding was a sight. Michael Anthony still can sing well and pound the bass, Jason Bonham is a beast. You missed a great show and the few thousand people that have watched my videos tell me that people had interest in seeing them play or wanted to watch or hear them again. We spend money on what we like. I spend 10-15k a year on shows, festivals and single shows worldwide. Rock is far from dead.
