Wish Americans can be like the Polynesians, strong sense of community and family ties, they live and breath their culture. So beautiful! Aloha/aroha/talofa!!
Kivi n. I am sorry but you are very incorrect in that aspect. I am samoan, Maori, cook island Maori and I can assure you our Polynesian cultures revolve around our beliefs in God, Jesus christ. Our faith in Jesus as Polynesian communities is a major reason we are always together, happy and bonding. Almost every aspect of Polynesian living revolves around going to church, serving the lord, all of these actions which are carried out in our Polynesian families and communities. Therefore you cannot say a persons beliefs in a higher power is what causes their withdrawal and separation from communicating with others. Have a great day🙂
My crew boss is Samoan. Spent 14 days working beside him on the recent Dixie Fire. Biggest hearts on earth. Truly. Humble, joyful, grateful, and some of the hardest workers you’ll ever come across.
samoan are known as the happy people no matter whats the senerio, tsunami, earth quake u name it one day we were attacked by a tsunami septmeber 9, 2009 and we were on a mountain everyone was calmed and on lil kid slowly start singing "o asa sa ona oli oli nei lou loto ia iesu" trust me everyone started singing we were suppose to expect a 3rd tsunami wave but it didnt come thanks to god "fa'amuamua leatua
Noa Sole bruh I remember when I was little and a huge hurricane came through the island and we didn’t look at it as a threat instead, we look at it as a perfect fun day to play! 😅
@@paulolosi1452 uce so we had an earthquake drill in cali and the tacher said to get under the table but then i did and my legs were still and she said put your legs in but then i replied nah its a samoan leg it wont break
American Samoa sends a large portion of its male population into the U.S and has a group of fire fighters leaving their families every year to fight fires on a different land yet American Samoans are not given full American citizenship or any voting rights in America
It’s in front of everybody face but nobody see it. It’s American Samoa not cus it’s in the Americas cus it’s not. Samoa is in the South Pacific. American Samoa is a US Commonwealth and Samoans are US nationals unless born in Western Samoa which is an independent country. He said “they feel like they are a part of America right now.” They have been since 1898.
Santino Garcia Working while we sing, driving we sing, cooking we sing, shower we sing, looking outside the window we sing.. I’m getting sick of it... lol nahh..
