Im samoan and some tongan songs if translate to samoan are swear words.... but every now and then i tend to fast forward past the bad part and continue playing.... 😂.. especially if its a good song...😅.

A Tongan girl told me that a lot of Samoan words sound like curse words in Tongan. How common is this? And is this the cause of a lot of animosity between them?
