I tried your recipe and it turned out really well. It was my very first attempt at making samosa, no one could guess it. Samosas were very crispy and tasty.
I made samosas with your recipe in 2020 lockdown. Everyone loved it and still remembers it till date. Gonna make Qeema samosa tomorrow so just came here to check recipe for the covering 🤗

She has the best explanations from all videos on how to make samosas. I will still update on how the samosa was made.. Update: I tried the recipe..the samosas which were slightly burnt had the best cover and had no bubbles..i like the cover of the samosa than the filling..but the samosas which were not that burnt almost all developed bubbles in the cover. I don't know where I went wrong. Almost, I made a mistake by making the cover very thin. I would ne glad if somebody could advice on where I went wrong.
I think you fried samosas on high flame because only on high flame bubbles appear on the covering ..... add samosa in kadai on low to medium flame and fry till golden in colour ...i hope it will help and thanks dear for this wonderful comment.....

Best recipe and guidelines. Properly mentioned everything in video. No need to add Raisins and Cashew. Paneer formula is excellent. In anyway this is the best recipe I have found yet.

lagta hai isse pehle aapne kahin adrak hari mirch ke paste wala dhokla nahin khaya ...or north mein shors par bhi bina curry patte wala or khoob sare dhaniye waladhokla milta hai..or agar aapko curry patta pasand hai to aap bhi use kar sakte ho....
