that was an excellent recording!!!! well done!!! i enjoyed big time through my final audio headphones! although i'm a naim fan, i think the bryston set up was even better than the naim one.
Ik weet niet wat het prijsverschil ongeveer is tussen beide sets?? Mijn voorkeur zou uitgaan naar de Naim, deze lijkt voor mij meer controle en detail in het laag te hebben, maar brengt de muziek ook heel dicht bij de luisteraar. De andere set speelt luchtiger en opener in het midden en hoog, maar is tegelijkertijd iets afstandelijker. Beide sets klinken uiteindelijk wel verrassend gelijk.
@@theflyingdutchman7127 We hebben die een paar jaar terug gebouwd en wordt elke keer weer iets verbeterd. Het klinkt geweldig, maar is erg duur ;-). Het is op basis van een Core i3 gemaakt. Streacom kast (passieve koeling), SSD's, JCat kaarten erin, filters erin, Windows met Fidelizer en Roon-client service. En nu ook een Mutec MC3+ usb-interface / reclocker. 4000 euro aan onderdelen. Beetje duur dus...
The first sample track recording you always use at the beginning. Bryston, pass sounds to my ears and headphones seems more articulate. Clear. Especially when there's the cymbal strike. But when it was switched to the naim partial equipment. It becomes subtle different. The cymbal strike doesn't have the sparkle of live. J.s.bach fugue g minor first recording is what I'm referring to. Very revealing with bryston 4b sst3 power amp and pass labs xp-12 than the naim 500 series. Too much muting on the naim. Bass becomes more pronounce. But that's not what it sounds like in a real recording of that type. More semi classical of that recording. I get it. It's a difficult type. Piano is not right either on the naim. The adele 21 recording is if you pay attention with the right type of headphones is that you notice that the subtle of the female voice and instruments makes the naim 500 and 300 series showing the weakness. A loss of detail. Some sort of airiness surrounding the instruments. Her voice is a subtle mute. A bit too soft. This is referring to the naim set up with adele 21 recording. Everything on the naim adele recording sounds subtle and a bit congested. But when the pass and bryston comes back. Detail and airiness comes back. Like she's there in the room with you. That's how it's suppose to be. On the electronic drama queen recording. The naim starts to high light the bass at the expense of squashing out the rest of the instruments more. Not good. But when the pass and bryston comes back. It balances out. A more difficult recording of the drama queen. Naim set up has the weakness in this recording when there is more instruments coming in to having problems not being able to separate the instruments in the recording. Bryston set up. You can hear the separation and not highlighting the bass part. The bass is there with bryston set up. Punch sound of the bass sounds more right. Sort of tight. Naim is slightly bloated. These are subtle but the naim seems still a bit more congested. You have the right set pu of microphones to be able to tell the subtle difference in the equipment on youtube. Most of the other videos sort of sounds the same in a poor set up. Always too much echo. Only a few videos can get it right to showcase the detail of the equipment in Audio sound. I'm too f**## picky when it comes to enjoying some of my music flavor recordings. Sorry for the essay. This is what I hear from I guess I've been training my ears all these years to hear the underneath sounds of the recordings. An audio review over the internet youtube!
