New to your Floss Tube channel. So happy I found you. Winter Rose Manor is beautiful. I have been doing cross stitch for almost 40 years, but also dabble in several other needlework crafts…also do cardmaking and paper bead/jewelry making. I do knit and crochet, but I stick to hats, scarves and afghans …although I have made a couple sweaters. My biggest project was crocheting several Aran Irish cream colored afghans…lots of cables. My true love though is cross stitch. And thanks to Floss Tube, I’m back to doing what I love. Hope you have a blessed day.

Enjoyed watching and your studio looks so fun! Lots of fun WIPs and a beautiful finish! Interesting to see your top 10 tools. I always wonder what other stitchers find essential and what it there is some amazing thing out there I’m missing ?!? I love stitching by the pool when we go on vacation. I’m sure folks think I’m weird but oh well!

Thank you! I just got the SONY A7iv. I'm using a Tamron 17-24 wide angle lens for indoor shooting. (I like to be able to have access to the controls when I'm recording.) I switched from Canon and I absolutely love the SONY. The colors are amazing. I'm going from a smaller sensor Canon camera system to a full frame on the SONY and I'm super impressed with the tech!

Hey Sharon, I love your channel! I am new to stitching, just under a year! I have absolutely fallen in love with it! I was not a fan of samplers at all but between you and Brenda and Laura from “Brenda and the serial starter they have seriously grown on me ! I am getting ready to do “Anne Thomas 1854” I have called for Dmc floss and a 36 count Weeks linen, color: straw just waiting for the pattern to arrive!!!!! I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on how you get started with a pattern in the app you use? Download, set up etc. It looks really cool and convenient to use. I plan on starting my own RU-vid stitching channel in the next few weeks with my mom. You and your daughter look like you have so much fun and have inspired me to do a SAL with my mom! I just need a name. I am hoping to also open up an online stitching shop. This has become an all consuming passion of mine I never want to stop lol!!!! Thank you for the content love watching you while I stitch! ♥️😊

Thank you! I wasn't a fan of samplers at first either, but they really grew on me and now I love them. I really like being able to recreate a vintage sampler, so cool. I would be happy to do a tutorial for the app. Hopefully I'll have some time this month. Let me know when you start your channel, I would love to see your stitching!

Thank you! I'm using 1 strand over 2 on Ann Gott. I don't mind the coverage for 1 over 2 for 36 Count. I find 2 over 2 on that count to be tight for me.

I was wondering if the app you use is for the iPhone plus I looked in my App Store and there are a couple of apps with the words Good Note. Could you please give me some information on this. Hi Marsha, I used mostly the called for threads. I substituted the dark red (Gentile Art Mulberry) with Weeks crimson. I substituted the Conch (pink) with Colour And Cotton "Sampler Peach"
