For those who says it doesn't go to the reboot mode and just switches on again First press power and volume down for 6 sec and before your phone vibrates, press volume up, while still pressing the power button. Before your phone vibrates, thats very important.
I suspected my partner was having an affair with the colleague in Switzerland and i was confused on what to do so i came across this hacker on Instagram @cybercaliphate699 and he was able to jailbreak into my partners phone and i was able to retrieve every piece of information on the phone without anyone's consent.
I don't know why mine after reseting and restarting it asked me to choose between opening by my password or gave me an option to open using google account (email). I obviously choose openning using my email and it unlocked my phone. So thank you for you're very helpful video.

Doesn't really work. Yes it does factory resets the phone but it asks to sign into wifi to recover your your identity and I can't get around that. Now I'm stuck again
Wait wait wait..... it goes through and resets as shown but then when u try to start up ... it doesn't let u go past the WiFi screen due to a verification bullshit thing
What none of these tutorials tell you is to place and leave a finger on the screen while executing these actions. So: Step 1 - Press and hold power button and volume down button while simultaneously placing and keeping a finger on the screen. Step 2: When phone vibrates to restart, keep holding power button, keep finger placed on screen, release volume down button, immediately press and hold volume up button. Wait until factory reset screen comes up and voila! NOWWW, you can reset your phone even though you can't remember your password. Trial and error was a bitch but thanks to the initial knowledge from the video poster, I think every reading this comment should have success.
