I am not sure how I feel about the possibility of my washing machine, fridge, and stove to all be in cahoots with each other and talking behind my back
I started out thinking this was a review for a washer combo machine. Then, as I scrolled through it, I saw an INTERNET BROWSER? And a bunch of apps like I have on my phone? Google? RU-vid? I can't, in my wildest dreams, imagine needing to web surf on a small screen on my WASHING MACHINE? Are you kidding? ... . . . . . . . . . . . .. ???
I have about $1,500 in Samsung credit. I was thinking about getting this unit with my military discount and the $150 for the trade in of my old washer. I hope these last.
But get extended warranty and an extra home warranty. If you buy from example Lowe’s and you purchase their 5 year extended warranty they give you 100% if your money back. If you choose a home warranty they only gave me $1340 on a $2200 samsung flex duo it failed one month after my lowes 5 year warranty was up so I bought the home warranty $100 a month I had to wait 30 days to file a claim and they could not fix it so they sent me a check for $1340. So I lost $900 bucks. I’m taking a chan e on this samsung AI ALL IN ONE only because in this video he says the heat exchanger gets washed by the AI machine after every cycle and the lint trap is very well made samsung still advised me to buy a appliance brush to keep the lint off the heat exchanger. Samsung makes a brush for their dryers that have heat exchanger so I don’t know why samsung could not make a brush for this expensive new AI MACHINE. Samsung should have made a brush for it. And added the hoses for the water hook up. For the price of this beast. I got a great feat I was chatting with the right person I got $300 off then another guy gave me $150 more off because I’m trading in my Samsung flex duo that failed. We are military and I was only getting a 10% discount even though samsung says up to 30% off for military my deal was better than the military discount. Its was a promotional code they gave me them another guy added a trade in code. I got lucky. I only ended up paying $1559.10 before taxes. I got lucky
@@rachyl7356 I believe it has an additional small washer at the bottom. Probably has a bigger heat pump and condenser as well. Also a dual lint filter. This should make for quicker drying times. Would love to see a comprehensive review of all it's features.
Yes, you will get a notification on your phone and on the washer itself when the wash cycle is done, you can than add your dryer sheets to your clothes.
How does the machine use the bleach for towels.? I did my first load yesterday of towels added bleach to the dispenser and it didn’t use any bleach when cycle ended. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
I assume you added bleach to the Bleach dispenser. I have used bleach before and it flushed it out from the dispenser. Make sure to run Calibration before you do any laundry, it is recommended when you first use the machine. You will find it in the Settings menu. Also make sure your washer is up to date as well.
I used bleach for my towels. I chose the Steam Whites setting and it dispensed the bleach. I did see the Towels setting and have not used that setting yet. Not sure if it will dispense bleach in the Towels setting. I'll try it next wash.
I believe it always uses the bleach dispenser almost on every cycle, if you look at the dispenser at the end of the cycle you will always see water drops there.
Unfortunately, I do not have the GE unit to compare it to. However, so far all of my clothes and bedding, towels have been dry and not damp after the drying cycle.
I don't think it's a problem, as after every cycle that dispenser is always rinsed out with water. Mine is not filled with it and I wipe it from time to time.
Yes but I keep getting error code 5c. We thought we got a faulty machine so we had Costco send us a new unit and we get the same error: check the drain system.
I wonder if you can use headphone Bluetooth to connect to the washer to take a call from the washer. ??? Can you check it out and do another video showing that and in inside the lint area for the heat exchanger because Samsung told me I needed to purchase an appliance brush to keep the heat exchanger clean. But you have said it self washes the heat exchanger so I would think that would be enough. Could you do a new video update on what you are finding with the heat exchanger and if you can hook up blue tooth headphones to answer the phone or listen to the RU-vid videos. I would think samsung would have allowed users to use a Bluetooth headset with a mic so you can take calls thanks great video. I’m getting mine on May 29th. I’m excited. Your video helped me make my decision. I wanted the LG ALL IN ONE but after seeing another guy trying to clean the heat exchanger I was like that’s way too much. Plus I love the screen on Samsung. Lint filter being on front of machine vs LG is on the top
Hey there, to answer your questions: the brush that you will possibly need and Samsung refers to is for the lint filter not the "heat exchanger" as it is not user accessible and is being washed every time automatically. I personally wouldn't use a brush on filter unless it is soft. I just use a wet cloth or my fingers to get all the lint off each mesh filter, or simply rinse it off. Secondly, as far as Bluetooth headphones, this washing machine doesn't have any calling capabilities but works as a Bluetooth speaker per se. So when you get a call on your phone it simply shows a notification and a way to answer the call by swiping on its LCD screen. Its mic and speaker will let you talk to a caller. Let me know if that answers your questions.
Hello everyone, Please keep in mind that this clip is three months old and Samsung Bespoke All in One Washer and Dryer has been updated, all these complaints are old, and the filter especially has been updated. This person needs to update this clip. The clips need to be anywhere from one week to two or three days old for it to be current. Have a great day everyone. 👍
I will need more time to test and see which one is better, but I'm thinking it will be about the same as the heat pump drying process takes longer in general. I'll try to run similar cycles on both and compare the two.
@@vaiotuber I have the LG and thus far it has performed very well. I am a single man so I don't do very large loads (average 12 lbs. ler load load,, 3 loads weekly). Average time has been 2 1/2 hours and the clothes were perfectly dry. Lint buildup on the gasket has been minimal. Cleaning the lint filter is a breeze and it's totally accessible, as is the condenser fins. The Samsung version is a beast (317 lbs vs the LG 244 lbs). The Samsung filter is similar to the GE and looks like cleaning and maintenance could be a huge undertaking. You'll be working in a cramped area with limited visibility. Samsung's self cleaning function will help (LG also has this feature), but getting in there physically will be problematic.
I agree with you on LG, it is a good performer. It does well and drying has been working great for me as well. The lint filter on Samsung is well built and has a few filter layers which I like as it prevents fine lint to escape to the condenser. I noticed LG Signature Combo has another filter that sits between the lint catcher basket and the condenser. Also the new LG dryer with heat pump features a much better lint filter. As far as Samsung, I believe it has a nice flushing system for the condenser, time will tell and I'll do an update.
@@yyeltsov It is a possibility though the LG WashCombo dries well too. I did see a video somewhere here of Samsung being disassembled to look at the condenser.
I believe so, it uses SmatThings app to be set up and requires a network. I'll have to double check its manual if there is another method to get it setup and running.
@@vaiotuber I dislike that many devices require internet connections to operate, theres no reason I need to tell the manufacture how often i use the devices
Drying may take up to two hours sometimes, however I never overstuff it so dries within an hour usually. I washed and dried a queen size comforter and the total time was around 2:30 mins.
@vaiotuber nice, I just went to buy one at Lowes for 1750. So undecided between Samsung or GE. The touch screen and bigger load capacity did it for me lol. Can't wait to be deliver tomorrow
Please press read more. How to get into parametric mode Press these buttons: 1.Child lock 2.Temperature 3.Spin 4.Rinse 5.Spin (Parametric mode shows the stats of the machine currently like you can see water temp water level rpm speed etc) ⚠️Any damage to the machine is not my fault do at your risk⚠️ (To get out of parametric mode press the same exact buttons) This might not work on your machine but if you want to give it a try it’s a really cool mode.
No. 0011 Water level in khz. The lower the number the higher the level (above 325 triggers a refill and 315 to 320 are normal wash levels for low level washes). No. 0012 is Motor Temperature. No. 0014 Shows the detected load for example 0755 is 7.55kg. No. 0008 shows the water temp this displays the water temp in hundreds for example 599 = 59.9°C. No. 0018 shows the rpm when the machine is on a cycle or when the drum is hand spun. I don’t know what are the other numbers for?
Good question. I'm sure it will work with just one hose connected to the cold faucet. I tried that with my LG Washer Combo, however you will need to remember to always modify your cycle and choose Cold before washing anything. Also when it comes time to do a Clean cycle it will require a Hot water connection. Hope this helps!
@@vaiotuber thank you for responding. So if you're recommending to use only cold, I shouldn't use hot water or warm water to the same cold water valve? The GE ultrafast allows both water temperatures to run thru the water valve from the sink.
@@gnewt75 Just saw your question. I don't think it would matter actually so you can run both hot and cold through one valve. I would just choose Cold cycle when running a washer so that it does not throw you an error code stating there is no Hot water hookup or something.
Hi! Is there any chance you could do a really careful measurement of the side-to-side width of the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One? It says 27” but I’m really close on space, and even the smallest amount over or under 27” would make a difference for us. I’ve not found one near me or I’d measure it myself on a display. Thanks so much!
Samsung made a 6.0 cu ft AI ALL IN ONE for Canada. I asked samsung why they made a bigger unit for Canada and if it will come to the USA they had no idea. 5.3 is great largest in USA but 6.0 would be even better samsung should have made 6.0 cu ft fir all countries.
Canadian volumes are IEC, US are DOE. Drum volumes on Canadian sites are according to IEC standard which USA has phased out. IEC adjusts the number to allow comparison between agitator and non-agitator washers. So all in all, Canadian size of the drum is the same as the US or Korean model. Hope this helps!
I spent $5000 on a pair samsung Flex Duo washer and dryer bought at Lowe’s got 5 year extended warranty. Dryer went out in 1 year then washer just went out one month after 5 year extended warranty. I just bought this new Samsung AI all in one. I love samsung TVs but if this one fails I will be calling samsung corporate and BBB consumer reports. But from what I see in his video here the heat exchanger is cleaned by the machine after every use it uses water to clean the heat exchanger. So I’m praying this is the thing that will save the machine from breaking down. lg combo doesn’t have a self clean heat exchanger from what I learned.
